Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1.
