Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Das Haus von Hannah und Julian war einfach genial. Soviel Liebe zum Detail und so viel Herzblut in die Unterkunft gesteckt. Wahnsinn. Vor allem die ganze Ausstattung war sensationell. Ein riesiger Weber Grill, PS5, riesen TV, Spiele bis zum abwinken und ne suer ausgestattete Küche! Vielen Dank - es hat wirklich sehr viel Spaß gemacht!

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und Enkel für 5 Tage in Egling im Haus von Rü und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles großzügig und ruhig. Das gemeinsame Kochen in der super ausgestattete Küche hat viel Spaß gemacht. Ausflüge zum Starnberger See und Bad Tölz waren, auch für die Enkel, einfach toll! Immer wieder gerne - wir können das Haus und Umgebung bestens empfehlen.

Kleine Wohnung, die genau wie auf den Bildern ist. Das was man braucht hat man. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Grundsätzlich ist alles sauber. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Gegend ist super ruhig. Die Stadt ist an sich sehr ruhig und entspannt. Wir konnten uns gut erholen. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht. Marlies war immer freundlich. Hat sogar ein kleines Geschenk für unsere Tochter beim Abschied mitgenommen. Sehr lieb von ihr! Alles in allem ist es empfehlenswert!

Appartement impeccable, pratique et confortable. L’emplacement est dans un quartier calme et agréable avec des restaurants, une place à proximité pour faire quelques courses et avec des transports différents à moins de 10mn à pied. J’y étais avec mes 2 enfants. C’était un très bon moment.

Die Wohnung ist durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Es ist ein tolles Quartier mit vielen kleinen Läden. Alles, was man braucht, ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ann-Kathrin war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Es gab viele nützliche Tipps.

Highly recommend this apartment! Location is a 10/10, central to everything you might want to see and do in Munich. Apartment was spacious and beautiful, had everything you might need for a lovely vacation.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce logement ! Tout était réuni pour un séjour agréable : confort, propreté, tranquillité et une localisation idéale. Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Une belle adresse à garder précieusement !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Check in war flexibel und alles gut beschrieben :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Zum See gelangt man in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben meinen Vater bei der Reha im Medical Park besucht und auch dorthin konnte man einen schönen Fußweg am See nutzen (ca. 25 Minuten). Das einzige, was einem bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Schlafsofa vom Wohnraum nur durch eine kleine Trennwand abgetrennt ist, jedoch keine Türen vorhanden sind. Das sieht man bereits auf dem Grundriss und war für uns kein Problem :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

Logement calme et très bien situé dans un quartier agréable avec de bons restaurants à proximité. Facilité d'accès (à pied ou en transport en commun) aux différents lieux à visiter à Munich.

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

Clean apartment with ample work space, and great layout! Ground floor facing a street but still felt very private. Close to great restaurants. Very friendly and responsive hosts.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem modern eingerichteten Haus am Fluss in Gmund am Tegernsee mit unseren beiden Kindern (10 und 6) war rundum gelungen! Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet – von der voll eingerichteten Küche über bequeme Betten bis hin zu Handtüchern war alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war außerordentlich nett und unkompliziert. Fragen wurden stets schnell und kompetent beantwortet, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen fühlten. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, verschiedene Restaurants, Banken und sogar eine Apotheke. Für Ausflüge oder Tagestrips ist die Verkehrsanbindung ideal – Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Dank der Gästekarte konnten wir das Auto die ganze Woche stehen lassen. Rund ums Tegernseer Tal gab es sehr viel zu entdecken (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm mit Sommerrodelbahn, Blomberg, usw.). Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Guido's place is great. The best part is it comes with a kitchen with all the required utensils. The connectivity to the place is great, close to the Fresing S-Bahn. Also, there are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, where you can go for shopping during the evening or just chill.

Our stay at Lisa and Julian’s tiny house was fantastic - everything was clean, nicely furnished and fresh, and they made sure that our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very friendly, reactive (easy to reach) throughout the entire time we were there even though it was over Easter. The only thing to note is that it gets very bright in the bedroom when the sun comes up in the morning.

An excellent place to stay - easy to get to so many great days out from the flat. Lakes, cable cars to glaciers, monasteries and palaces. This is a beautiful part of Germany and a lovely village. We could walk from the flat and be in beautiful surroundings within minutes. The neighbours are very quiet, the access to a washing machine and dryer was helpful. It is a small flat but was perfectly adequate for a family of four. We used the sofa bed in the lounge which was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. There were lots of suggestions for things to do in the flat ... we just ran out of time to do them all. A warm and cosy place to stay.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
