Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Ob Skiurlaub, wandern oder Sightseeing alles möglich. Skilift bzw. Sommerlift befindet sich in etwa in 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch ein Besuch von Innsbruck, welches sich in ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen lässt steht nichts im Wege. Supermarkt u. Restaurant befindet sich in ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
