Stayed at Joe’s while we were waiting for our new home. Very clear communication, the home had many details well thought out for stays. Bringing our dogs was important and the home was perfect for them and us.

Tina and Michael were great. They met all of our needs and being so close to the beach was exactly what we wanted.

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

Casa Springs was perfect for our weekend trip to Gainesville. Cindy is a responsive and helpful host. We loved her house. It had plenty of room. It was super clean. The kids loved their room with the games and they had plenty of room to spread out. The house is comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The house is kept up well. It is a pretty area with a nice back porch with seating, a fire pit and fairy lights. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We really liked being there, it is a very quiet place and the communication with our host was excellent, any inconvenience that was presented to us, he quickly solved it.

This place is great and so cute! Gary and his wife did a nice job of offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The front porch is perfect for relaxing outside in the beautiful Florida weather. The golf cart is a Great amenity. The guidebook in the villa was great, thank you for taking the time to make recommendations on area restaurants and things to do. We will be back when we can relax, rather than work and enjoy those pool passes! :) Thank you!!

DeLand is the perfect sized community with a great arts and dining scene, vibrant downtown and gorgeous town centre with Stetson U at the middle of it. Addy's place was perfect for us - well-kept suburban setting, with fenced in back yard and large lawn, good neighbour separation and winding streets to walk - only 3 minutes by car/ 15-20 minute walk to downtown. The house is a bungalow style, warm Scandinavian feel with minimal clutter, hardwood floors, wainscotting and working fireplace. The bedrooms are good sized and both the kitchen and bathroom are rent high quality renovations. There is a separate attached apartment with quiet and delightful residents. The shared washer/ dryer in the garage is the only cross-over with the tenants. We had our standard poodles on the trip and they felt very welcome, with great indoor and outdoor space. All in all, Addy's is an excellent choice.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Will definitely stay at Quiet place again.

He was a great host and attended to all my questions and help. My family and I enjoyed it so much! Perfect location! Beautiful home! And the pool is the perfect touch!

Fantastic stay at Casa Feliz!! Quiet peaceful place to chill with great outdoor spaces. Pool was a godsend and heater worked as it should. Lovely walk 5 minutes away Kewanee park. We would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Theresa’s lovely house. There was something for every age group to do. The yard was very private and yet you could walk to coffee shops and even to downtown. The pool was wonderful and the house was spacious. The host was very accommodating and even my dog felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

This house was better than I had hoped. It is spacious with very comfortable furniture, including the master bedroom and bathroom. The carport allowed my 2500 Chev p/u to easily park under it. Screened in porch and pool are a wonderful bonus, although I did not have time to use them due to work hours. Wi-Fi was super fast and the Roku options allowed me to watch my normal preferred apps. Area was very quite at night with no noticeable traffic through the neighborhood. Water pressure in the master bath shower was great. I will stay again, if available on my next trip to the Leesburg area. Fred was quick to reply to messages. A/C worked good and all the rooms had ceiling fans to help circulate the air like I do at home. The house is supplied with just about anything you would need just like being at your own house.

Jill is very responsive. The AirBnb was just as described and even had coffee, creamer, and sugar so you don’t have to shop before arriving. Cute little place; very clean and had all that you’d need.

We had a great stay in Clermont, the space is well kept, well located and an overall great experience. Will definitely return

My wife described the stay as “absolutely fabulous “. We took our mothers to St Augustine to explore the wonderful city where we got engaged, and this stay made it feel like a luxury trip! We also saw deer in the backyard, it was so spacious, peaceful, and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this place! Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were cozy. House was beautiful. Backyard fenced and great for the dog. 7 miles to Florida horse park. 20 min to Silver springs for Kayaking. Would definitely stay again

We had a great time - our doggie loved the beach- - and Nolan was quick to respond. Great location to get to downtown St Augustine. Would highly recommend for a great family vacation!

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. Traveling solo with my autistic son. Him being comfortable enough to not have to "stim" to settle in was my first green flag. Melissa recommended a near by Park which he loved! I loved how spacious the shower and closet with full length mirror was . The private backyard space was perfect for my son to spend time outside safely . Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Stayed for a week. April was a great host and very responsive. I would recommend this location!

This place was perfect for what we needed. It was conveniently located centrally to everywhere we were going. It was clean, well maintained and the house was well stocked. Look forward to staying again if in the area.
