(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

🌿 Welcome to Brae Pool House. A beautiful, cosy self-contained studio cottage in the hills of Bellbrae, with sweeping views down the Spring Creek Valley, a snip of ocean across to the Peninsula and twinkle of Torquay lights at night. 🍀 Enjoy the pool and outdoor bath in private oasis near the gateway to the Great Ocean Road. 🍃 Two night minimum Thursday to Saturday however sometimes one night is available, dependent on other bookings. One night minimum Sunday to Wednesday.

Classic Beach House short walk to beach, pub, cafe

Cosy beach house with a gas log fireplace. The lounge room has a couple of comfy couches with a television, dvd player, chromecast and wifi. You will also find various games, puzzles and books. The dining area has a 6-person setting with a fully functioning kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed, the second a king single with trundle and the third a bunk (double with single bed). The bathroom has a shower over a bath with a separate toilet.

Locally sourced produce includes Adelia muesli, sourdough, LardAss butter, sparkling water, juice, milk and jam. Relax the afternoon away in your cosy lounge or outdoor area with a local wine you have picked up on your adventures. On cooler evenings enjoy the warmth of your outdoor firepit.

The galley kitchenette has basic essentials, including a microwave, a fridge & an outdoor Bbq.

Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 Mins by car & 20 min walk to the Main Street, beach, river & shops.. Toaster bar fridge and coffee tea making facilities. Bbq. NOTE we are not directly in town so to avoid disappointment Please don’t book here if you wish to be close to Main Street .
