Great location near the beach and walking distance to Mentone town centre.

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location close to the creek and beach and lots of good cafes. Big backyard that my puppy loved, I felt secure leaving him there as it was fully fenced. Melisa is a wonderful host, the house has everything you need. Such a generous welcome package, all my favourite snacks! Love the small touches that she put into everything and making sure you love your stay. An easy five stars!

This house was perfect for our family of five and small dog. We had a really relaxing stay. The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were really comfy. We loved the big kitchen. Host Laurence was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay here, the space was perfect for our young family and 2 little doggos. Very comfortable living space, great kitchen and wonderful backyard for our toddler and dogs. Would definitely stay again!

This is a large home on a large block very centrally located in Orange. Restaurants and coffeeshops are in an easily walkable distance. The home presents well and is very clean. Highly recommended.

Peaceful stay in Sunshine Beach. Lovely outdoor space and dog-friendly. Jo was very easy to talk to and was attentive.

It is an absolute fantastic place. Very peaceful with great views. Feels like heaven on earth. The inside of the house is very clean, spacious and has everything that you would need. Bev is a very nice and friendly host and it was an absolute delight talking to her. My husband and I and also our two dogs loved it so much that we will definitely come back here whenever we can. It was one of the best places that we have been to. From the check in until it was time to leave everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone. An absolutely beautiful place to stay. the photos don't do it justice, the views are spectacular. The pool is private and top-notch. We had everything we needed for our 9 night stay, especially in the kitchen. Highly recommend and a great host and caretaker.

The Pool House is a beautiful spot for a getaway with our puppy. The place has everything you need. Very clean and perfect size. The pool is absolutely beautiful and it’s a very short walk to the local shops. Will 100% be going back. We had a great time.

Very clean and tidy and has everything you need we would have stayed longer if there wasn’t another booking straight after us. Highly recommend

The place was nice well maintained and Ryan is a good host however he mentioned to queen beds in description however the house had one king bed and one single

Hazel and Owen are exceptional hosts. They take great pride in their home and made sure we had everything we needed. We originally booked for 6 weeks but ended up staying for over 10 weeks while we looked for a long term rental. Hazel and Owen were extremely flexible and supportive during this time. Their communication was great too. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Timbersands.

We had a good time. The home is spacious, and the neighbourhood is quiet and well presented. Everyone is house proud. So nice to see. We could hear the waves breaking even though the beach was out of sight. A really nice place for a break. Our host was helpful and proactive with suggestions. Thanks Kerrie.

Great place to stay in beautiful Lennox Head. Quiet residential area that’s walkable to the cafe and shopping strip, close to the beach and lake. Lovely full size bathroom, living area is cosy with 4 adults.
