The 3rd bedroom has a studio floorplan with small kitchen and enclosed yard, privacy. We rent another 2-BR house next door, great for hosting multi-family gatherings.

Coffee and tea is provided, although you will probably prefer a five-minute stroll to Santos Coffee house for a cold brew and breakfast bagel.
