Wonderful location. We watched surfers every morning and evening and wonderful sunsets. Fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Easy walk to restaurants and activities. Very few multi storied views in PB, so this is unique. Furnishing, kitchen accessories and what not are not high end by any means, but it was clean, easy to navigate and impossible to beat the views.

This was the best location for the meeting our husbands attended in Escondido. The pools and hot tubs were very conveniently located. All the staff was very nice and they were Johnny on the spot when we needed anything. We overlooked the mountain from the 2nd floor balcony, had dinners on the patio and cooked all our meals in. It was really quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Kenneth and his wife are good communicators if you have questions. The setup is lovely, a bathroom and bedroom on each side of the unit, gathering place in the middle. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us! We hope to return in the future!! We loved our stay, and would stay here again. The only thing I could say that would be possibly negative was having only one key fob to get in/out and around the complex. Everything else was great!

We loved our stay! The place was exactly as described. Super clean, great layout. Pool was amazing and it was great to be able to see if it was crowded from the window before heading down (and it never was). We felt right at home. Hosts were very quick to respond with any questions. If we come to San Diego again, we would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Dutch was an amazing host. We enjoyed the home and it’s all its amenities, even more than we’re listed. He was very quick to respond to any and all of our questions. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a private stay but still only minutes away from shops and restaurants. The nature surrounding the home was absolutely beautiful. This Airbnb was such a gem! The surfer cowboy theme was so cool- fun decorations, cozy western touches, and laid-back beachy vibes all in one place. It felt like stepping into a mini vacation movie set! The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi—perfectly clean, hot, and the ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hosts thought of everything, from soft towels to great local tips. If you’re looking for a unique and relaxing stay, this is the place. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had an excellent stay! The place looks even better in person than it did in pictures! Plenty of towels. Game room/Movie room was beyond incredible. Armando was friendly and professional. He was proactive and contacted us prior to stay and throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well. The little things like spices, a lot of plates, pots and pans were perfect for our weekend cooking! We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

I’ve never booked a reservation for San Diego but I came across Liliya’s home and I don’t regret it. It was supposed to be for my cousin and I given he’s never been to San Diego but he enjoyed the amazing view looking over Escondido and there were no complaints during our stay. Liliya responds by text and makes sure your stay is superb. Definitely recommend for nature lovers. Photos match the description.

Our family of four had a wonderful week long stay at Nina’s. So much for the kids to do, from the outside equipment, to the basketball hoop and swing, to board games and books, and the playground down the road. Easy access to I-5 to get downtown or north to Legoland. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described and very nice home. Immaculate appliances, gorgeous sunrises and striking views. You can catch sunset off to the right of backyard as well. Hummingbirds galore. Very nice neighborhood/area, would rent again.

Had a lovely time we only stayed 2 nights but, my family and I had a great experience. The place was great really enjoyed the atmosphere/ the escape room. Also loved the projector. Would definitely recommend/ stayed agin while in the area. Also host was very responsive and instructive.

Amazing location, amazing views, and hospitality by the host. The condo was very comfortable and everything we were looking for.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The views were fantastic, the area is walkable to many enjoyable areas (including the beach and marina), the grounds are impeccably maintained, and the condo has everything you need and more! The only downfall was that we arrived about a half hour before check in (after an 11 hour drive), and there was no possibility of checking in early unless arrangements had been made with the owner previously and a fee was paid. It worked out okay, but usually I have found more flexibility. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time at this location, watching the sunset from the balcony and taking walks along the beach. The place was perfectly located near the ocean, restaurants and stores. This condo is absolutely beautiful. The views from both balconies were stunning and the entire condo complex is so peaceful.

Perfect location, beautiful sunsets, kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Walkable to everything! Would definitely stay again!

Karl’s place is well situated in a quiet residential area with a great view of the bay. the space was a fantastic value, comparatively speaking. While it may be aesthetically dated as some have noted, I as an architect, would not hold that against the space given its size, comfort, cleanliness, amenities, etc. I would happily stay here again.
