Good place with fun pictures. Great to have an option like this close to downtown and campus in an area where it can be hard to find something affordable!

Gwyneth's townhouse is perfectly located to explore downtown Athens and North Campus. The space is comfortable and the easy parking is a big plus. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the screened-in back porch was a lovely place to sit and relax. We had a wonderful stay.

Gwyneth’s place was perfect for our group trip down to Athens for a Georgia football game. It was walkable to downtown and to the stadium which made getting around super easy.

Perfect location for everything. I would put n the notes that the back alley is where the parking is and entrance into the house. That was the only thing that I didn’t find until I drove past it.

The town houses were in a perfect location! Easy walk to Downtown Athens, and very nicely decorated and clean. we would definitely stay again. Gwyneth was a great communicator!

The house was beautifully decorated in a coloful style that was very cheerful and comfortable. Kay was easy to communicate and responded very quickly! Best of all, it was 5 min from the Classic Center and lots of downtown things to do. We will definitely be staying with Kay again.

This property was charming, comfy and a very good location if you're on the move in Athens. I felt like it was my home away from home, offering the amenities and comfort I needed. I would highly recommend this property in lieu of a pricey and sterile hotel. Stephen was responsive when I had a random question about the TV. Stephen's place was ideal for our trip to Athens for a wedding. I'm thankful we booked early, because there was a lot going on in town this weekend. In ten years, we've stayed in more than 40 AirBnb properties, all over the US and Europe. This ranks very high on our list. Though a historic house, the interiors were clean and modern. The furnishings and accessories were tasteful, and we appreciated the full-size appliances. The very clear instructions for checking in and out meant a lot. We've never stayed in a place that had more thoughtful amenities, from period supplies to umbrella to collapsible vomit bags. You've thought of everything! The location close to some of our favorite restaurants (White Tiger! Tlacloc!) was perfect. We very highly recommend this excellent property.

Great stay for a long period or short time like I did. Has everything you need with plenty of space for bigger groups as well. Would stay again if I come back next time.

What a really nice place to stay. Plenty of room, great neighborhood, and beautifilly furnished! Was perfect for our stay in the Atlanta area. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Great townhome as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and the interior was clean and well equipped. It was a 15 minute walk to the Georgia Center and downtown. We mistakenly locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms at 11 p.m. and Marcus brought over a spare key within half an hour. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at Mannie’s place! The room was cozy, and exactly as described. Mannie was an excellent host. He is responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to UGA. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Everything was perfect at this home. Renee was amazing. I planned a trip to six flags over Georgia and we got scammed by another host. After looking for another place we came across Renee and it felt perfect. We come to Georgia about once a month and from this point we will be staying with Renee.
