Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. Recently remodeled with over 3,000 sq ft of comfortable living space, this peaceful retreat is tucked away in a quiet cove. Enjoy a large, fully stocked kitchen, spacious private deck, and relaxing hot tub. The property includes 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for exploring the cove. The path to the private dock is steep and best suited for active guests. Bringing a boat? A nearby public launch makes it easy to get out on the lake.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
