We are a short drive to Vevay and Warsaw, and basically 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison. Visit local wineries.

This houseboat is in a unique setting on the water right off the Ohio River with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The grounds are available for use along with a shelter house with table, chairs, extra bathrooms and grills. You can take a pontoon boat ride on the River for a $75 donation per hour, kayaks are $25 per kayak including the lifejacket. The floating house is a one bedroom, one bath property. The dock includes a gas grill, patio table floats, air pump, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 2 lounge chairs, 2 fishing rods and a swim up ladder for easy access onto the dock. You can access the property with your own boat, or rent a boat from the marina.

Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. Please note there is no wifi. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. This property is self clean upon check out. Cleaning can be arranged for $150.00. This floating lake house is the total package. It comes completely remodeled with a large living space, pull out sleeper sofa, full size bunk begs, a full size bed, washer & dryer, new shower, air condition and heat, city water, refrigerator freezer, tv, and out door seating. Sheets and pillows are provided but are required to be washed before departure. Blankets and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED.
