This is a completely separate cottage at the rear of our own home, on a quiet cul-de-sac, about one minutes "stroll" down to "our" (Rockley/Accra) beach. There's a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a smaller second bedroom. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Veranda, small courtyard and a lawn. Within easy walking distance are a bank, doctor and pharmacy, a sports bars, a beach bar, 5 restaurants, a convenience store and 2 supermarkets.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence boasts 3,600 sq. ft. of sophisticated living space with uninterrupted Caribbean Sea views from multiple vantage points. Designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxed luxury, there are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, and 1 bedroom off the main entrance. The bedroom level sits above the main living area, creating a serene retreat where two of the bedrooms - including the master suite - open onto private balconies with breathtaking sea views.

A cozy studio apartment located behind a private residence in a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes away from the wonderful blue Caribbean Sea, Bustling nightlife, Sumptuous restaurants and many other amenities. There is a Fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine as well as a BBQ located at the property. The space is Air Conditioned and has a king sized bed as well as a futon that folds down into a single bed. There is a safe located in the apartment.
