We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect house for our needs. We were visiting our daughter who attends a local University for Easter. Renauld's place was big enough to accommodate our family, and made a great hangout spot to connect with our daughter and a couple of her friends. The kitchen made for easy home cooked meals. The large living spaces made for great areas to play games. The walkable neighborhood, easy parking and conveniently located stores was also great. All in all we throughly enjoyed having this space to stow away and connect as a family. Thank you Renauld!

Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

We really enjoyed staying at Rob and Amanda’s place! The living room and dining area were spacious, the kitchen was brand new, and the bedrooms were comfortable. We especially loved the neighborhood. We had our 4 month old with us and there were always tons of families out walking and we were able to get takeout from the two restaurants that were each a half block away when we didn’t have the energy to go out for food or cook. The noise did not bother us or our daughter. We put her in the middle bedroom, which faces a back courtyard, and we slept in the back bedroom. The front bedroom probably has some street noise (as mentioned in the listing) but we really did not notice anything. For parking, my husband would usually just drop us off and go park. It never took him more than 5 or 10 minutes of looking to find a spot within a few blocks.

Thanks to Brandy and hosts for a fabulous retreat in the heart of South Philly! The home comfortably accommodated more than 10 guests, with a spacious dining area, and cozy bedrooms, and a priceless and relaxing rooftop view!

Excellent!!! Richard and Zander went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and just like home. They are quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Location is perfect to walk to local restaurants, attractions and parks. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We were provided so much information in advance that it made our stay that much better!

We had a GREAT time at this location, with very few general complaints. -The TV was huge - beds where comfy -the air conditioning worked great - kitchen was gorgeous -location had everything you want for Philly (I am a Philly local) -the hot tub was clean -the house was darn near spotless Only complaints (and tbh this is nit picking!) -there is a charge for the hot tub (I feel there should only be one if you make a mess of it). Since the place was so pricey, we feel that a little much -you need to bring your own cleaning supplies (trash bags/paper towels, etc). -the tv didn’t have much in terms of streaming services/phone connection (bring a chrome cast or video game system if you want that). -water pressure wasn’t the best -it is a LITTLE loud outside at night, so be aware (not the owners fault, obviously—it’s right in center city so they’ll happen). The apartment was spacious for our small family, Malyka was good with communication and we enjoyed our stay in West Philly. Nice restaurants around, nice community. Altogether a good experience!

Jay's place was great. It is clean, quiet, private, and in a great neighborhood. All the major sights in Philly are an easy walking distance. It's the perfect place for 1-2 people to stay while visiting the city.

Nick's Airbnb was amazing. We felt right at home for the whole month with our two small children. The price was unbeatable and truly provided comfort beyond its value. As shown in the photos, the house was new and furnished with premium decor. Throughout our stay, Nick was just a phone call away. We were always able to find parking right in front of the door. The neighborhood was quite peaceful. It’s also close to the center; even if you want to walk, a 30-minute stroll will get you to the central park and museums. A bus passes right in front of the Airbnb, with the stop located at the front of the house. If you’re reading this review, I highly recommend choosing this place—I hope you'll share the same feelings as I did. Nick was always polite and helpful. If you count the rooftop, the house has three floors, and the rooftop has an amazing view with great seating for relaxing.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful inside, the bed was amazing we literally laid in it the entire day yesterday!! We appreciated the little things like the water in the fridge (I drank too much the night before and they were a God send!!) the body wash (it smelled delicious and I forgot mine!) and the lights 😁 we went with Purple (Go Ravens). Yes the neighborhood initially seemed a bit sketchy but it was peaceful, really. The construction upstairs was the only noise I heard and that started about 10am Sunday. Thanks again! Rebecca

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Jeanette's place. It had everything needed: comfy king bed, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful newly tiled bathroom with a nice shower, strong Wifi, very peaceful and quiet. Jeanette communicated proactively and responsively via the Airbnb message app. It's a great central location for activities in and around Philadelphia. Highly recommended!

I think his place was everything I imagined it to be, and I was really glad because it gave me a sense of being in Philadelphia, which was great

Great stay at a very convenient and walkable location approximating University City. David was a gracious and communicative host!

Enjoyed my Stay Beds super comfy and could have slept on couch it’s also super comfortable. Place exactly as described. New appliances, well decorated, would definitely book again. Host was responsive and accommodating. Always found parking which was a plus.

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

I do not normally write reviews, however, I felt the need to write one! I had the best experience staying at Angel and Frank's place. Not only were they super accommodating to my late check-in time, but they went the extra mile by waiting up until my arrival. The room was pristine—even better than a hotel, might I say! There was everything you could imagine and more in the room! From extra water bottles, some chocolates, and even an electric fireplace. Walking into the bathroom was like going into a CVS! There was everything you might need or had missed packing for your stay, for example, mini floss, toothbrushes, razors, Listerine, sanitary products, and the list simply goes on. I would 100% recommend staying at Angel and Frank's. The care I received was beyond describable and I would definitely return when I am back in Philly.

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

Very easy and comfortable stay in a good location for getting around the city. Incredibly private and quiet. Gated parking was awesome.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.
