Second stay within a few months at Joanna's and another great experience. She was proactive in making sure everything was going smoothly. Had no problems with check-in, parking, neighbors, noise or anything else. Thanks, Joanna. I'm sure we'll see you again!

House is vast, clean, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Easy to get with a car or local transit and a short walk. Pictures don't do the house justice it has lovely historical features and more room than it seems between the three floors (ground floor, basement and upstairs). With two usable balconies and a patio backyard there is more enough space to entertain a small group outside.

Lilly was prompt in her responses and very helpful. The place was well kept and clean. A quick Uber ride to downtown. Our group really enjoyed our stay!!

Cute honey larger than it looks. Lots of space. Fun house for family entertainment. Safe location and easy to get wherever you would like to go.

Mark's place was a real find: The location was terrific, and the home itself was quirky, quiet, and comfortable. We found a great bar and a very good lunch spot within literally a block of the place, and there were dozens more we didn't get to explore. The roof deck is a pure delight: The weather wasn't great during our visit, but whenever it was halfway decent we made ourselves comfortable up there. Having two full bathrooms was a boon for a party of four. The neighbor who takes care of the place was incredibly friendly and helpful, too. I was honestly sad to leave. Highly recommend it!

A great place to stay for a family to explore downtown Chicago. The location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions, and restaurants. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — we truly felt like we were at our own home. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great place! Plenty of space. Solid location. Jim and Maximo were proactive in their communication, including providing clear check-in instructions and recommendations. I would stay at their apartment again without any doubt.

We had the best stay! We were in town for our son’s graduation from Loyola University of Chicago nursing program. We had room for our family. We also celebrated an our daughter’s birthday, we had so much playing pool, shuffle board and darts. I can’t not think of one thing that wasn’t amazing about our stay. We will definitely stay there again ! This place is so homey! The beds were so comfortable and the place is so clean. Valerie and Keith were very attentive and responsive in our conversations.

I was so happy to be able to stay in there home with my family. We did had to use uber and also the train to go into the city but it was worth it. They were very kind and helpful at all times. Will recommend staying in their home!

Elizabeth’s unit is cozy and quaint and has anything one could need. Bed is comfortable, shower is strong, kitchen is functional, and there is a small workspace for those in town for their job. A 15 minute walk to public transportation to downtown and elsewhere and there are two areas for restaurants, one just a 10 minutes walk. There is a small back porch for use in nicer weather and a dedicated parking space. Elizabeth is always available for questions and take pride in her rental. You won’t be disappointed.

I loved staying here! Antoninette was an amazing host. She helped me figure out how to use the fan and texted me to let me know my car would get a ticket in the morning if I didn’t move it. She was very kind and responsive. The apartment is so cute. We enjoyed listening to the little old timey radio and the fireplace. The bed was so comfy! We enjoyed meals sitting around the table in the kitchen. I will recommend to anyone looking to stay in Berwyn! 10/10 stay!

Natasha is a great and responsive host. The house was clean, safe, and had lots of amenities. Would highly recommend for large groups of people.

We had an excellent time here. Our whole dance team was able to stay comfortably and safely. We managed to fit 5 cars in the parking which was essential to us. It was all clean close to everything we came to Chicago for. The communication with the host was great and always prompt. We loved it here.
