Deerview Cabin is a completely renovated 1940's farm house 10 minutes from historic LaGrange. Guests have the entire home with front and back porch overlooking the big backyard. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for some country cooking. The fire pit is located in the back yard ready for you or you can use the gas fire pit just steps from the hot tub. The hot tub is ready for guests with a view of stars!

The Boathouse: A Peaceful Paradise

The Boathouse is located at the back of Tartan's Landing Marina off of the Ohio River. It sleeps up 7 people (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 XL twin bed) has full kitchen and 2 full baths. Enjoy the infinity edge pool (open May-Oct), hot tub, outdoor fire pit, pickle ball area & private boat ramp (ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME FOR A BOAT.) Heating the pool is optional for additional charge per day. All seasons are beautiful from the Boathouse located 30 min from downtown Louisville.

Maples Place Built in 1890 and meticulously remodeled down to the studs, Maple's Place combines historic charm with modern amenities. The house has all-new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and siding. The home features three beautifully decorated bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half-bath. The master bath is a haven of luxury with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Each room is thoughtfully designed. Outside, enjoy a spacious deck and pergola, complete with an 8-person hot tub.

Three king suites, each with its own full ensuite bath — nobody shares, nobody waits. Plus a bunk room, a private hot tub in a fenced courtyard, a gas grill, and a two-car garage. There's a TrackMan golf simulator on the ground floor of this building that our guests can book (extra fee). Pizza across the street; Gustavo's tequila and bourbon lounge two minutes' walk. Heads up: you'll hear the simulator downstairs — we provide white-noise machines and earplugs. Up one flight of stairs.
