Step out the door and you’re a half block from Main St., Sylvan Beach and less than 2 blocks to the water. Enjoy shopping, dining and exploring without the hassle of finding or paying for beach parking. Getting in the car at the end of your stay might feel awkward!

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.

This cozy cottage is nestled in a tranquil setting, with glorious golf course and lake views offering an escape from the fast pace of everyday life. Knotting Pine Cabin is very spacious and can sleep 9 people. If you are looking for a great get away with friends and family you will love this cabin. Guests can enjoy walking the paths in the forest adjacent to the cabin, a game of horse shoes, canoe available for guests to take to the local ponds and reservoir. Enjoy camp fires and making s'mores at night. We are located on the Tug Hill Plateau with access from the cabin to the NYS snowmobile trail system.

Welcome to Mill Town Apartment. This newly updated retro apartment is located just miles off of the New York State Thruway and is centrally located between Utica and Rome. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica University, Hamilton College, SUNY Poly, and the Griffiss Business & Technology Park. In addition, this is a perfect location for day trips to Syracuse, the Adirondack Park, as well as the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
