A beautiful and thoughtfully reconstructed house. It has everything you could need to enjoy a very chill time at the house indoors and outdoors or even cook a meal in. Kid friendly.Beautiful light. Beautiful views. Very convenient location. Kind hosts. We have stayed at a few places around town but this was by far our favorite house.

We’ve stayed at Skip’s listings a few times, and it’s been wonderful each stay. Skip is helpful and quick to answer any questions. Andes is the most beautiful town. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

This was not our first stay and it won’t be our last. Convenient and walking distance to town and campus, as well as per friendly, this location works out perfectly when attending our student’s games or other events on campus.

A quiet and private area. A neighbor on one side but never heard or seen anybody. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and hiking trails across the street. It is well stocked but does need some updating.

David’s place is an absolute dream. Like others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. With the stream in the yard, fire pit, hammock, VHS collection, cozy living room, and lofted bedroom, you could easily spend a week here without going anywhere else. We booked last minute and David was extremly accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions, even going so far as to send me a hand drawn map to help us find our way to a local swimming hole. I’ll absolutely be back! My dogs were bummed to return back to our crammed NYC apartmenr after a dreamy weekend here :)

Very large and nice open space in the house. Family of 6 felt very comfortable and we could have had more join. Quick drive to windham to ski and spent evenings in front of fire playing cards. Kitchen has everything you need for nights in.

Michael's cabin in the Catksills was perfect for our recent ski trip over the long weekend! It was very cozy with the wood burning stove and had everything we needed (including a very well-stocked kitchen, which is always appreciated!). We loved the location, in that it felt remote and woodsy, but still close to fun towns such as Woodstock and the amazing Phoenicia Diner. Would definitely recommend!

Pristine clean, cozy, one bedroom condo unit located in Windham with seasonal access to tennis courts and a pool. Walking distance to the beautiful Windham Path. Slept better than at home in the comfy bed. Went for two days of midweek remote work. Agnieszka, the host, was gracious and responsive. The host obviously put some genuine TLC into this place and it shows. Browsed for books at Briars & Brambles, an indie bookstore in Windham adjacent to Windham Pharmacy. Purchased groceries and firewood down the road at Hickory Hill Market . Ate in area at Higher Grounds and Windham Diner. Living room has a fireplace with large screen TV just above. Beautiful home with amazing views. The house was very clean and spacious, the views were amazing. Susanna was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed very much staying at the house. We would love to come back.

Quiet, peaceful, so cozy. Perfect setting if you need to hibernate a bit.

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

Really enjoyable stay in Caitlin’s place. Perfectly laid out with everything you need for a nice relaxing trip to the mountains. Highly recommend, already looking forward to returning!

Couldn’t be happier. Came up here for a couple of nights away from the city to catch the Lyrid meteor shower and this place was absolutely perfect. Clean, stylish, comfortable, and the (absolutely massive and always warm) hot tub was the big draw for us. Also, the listing is not kidding, super modern bathroom with excellent water pressure and tons of hot water. Highly recommend and we will be coming back.

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

Clean and updated home in a peaceful location convenient for skiing. Many household items useful for cooking in. Hot tub and basement with activities for kids are a nice addition.

We had a wonderful time at Nick’s Place. Great wood cabin with very warm heating during our stay where we had a snowstorm. Very cozy and wonderful view of the mountains.

Only there for a quick over-nite stay for a memorial for a friend. Ann and Frank built this Air b'n'b purposefully into the lower level of their home when they built it. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Step out the door to the view of the pond and beautiful countryside. 10 minute drive to quaint county seat of Norwich , NY. with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, etc. Easy drives to Cooperstown baseball Hall of Fame or Ithaca (Finger Lakes, Cornell University.) We lived in the area for 30 years before moving south to be closer to our grandchildren. It was nice to be "home."

Jason's home was lovely and accurately described & appointed - my friends and I spent a wonderful weekend with our pups and were even blessed by some snow! The fireplaces (yes - two!) were a great add-on and we were super excited to relax and enjoy all the home has to offer. Thanks so much again Jason! :)

We had a lovely weekend! The hot tub cabana area was the true highlight—beautifully set up and so relaxing. The house was clean, the location peaceful, and communication was excellent. The hosts were very gracious about early check-in and a late checkout, which we really appreciated. A few things were a bit confusing (like the sleeping arrangements listed and missing bedding for floor mats), but overall it was a great stay.

We had such a relaxing stay at this house. The views of the countryside and the mountain were amazing. We even had a flock of turkeys right outside the house! We loved the deck, the outside space and the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room. Great appliances for cooking and a Keurig. The master bath shower was wonderful with the rain shower head. Great location that is close to town and restaurants. Perfect size for large families. Wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.
