We live in a good area in Auckland City. There is a huge public field next to our house. Our house is also close to one of the most famous beaches in Auckland (Only 2.3 km). This house is 10KM away from the main city which is always very popular. Our house is 23KM from the airport. We have lived in Auckland for a long time so we can suggest good places and good restaurants to go to. We can give good plans for how to spend time in Auckland as good as possible. Zhenhong knows a lot about this.

This lovely 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom in a nearly new decoration house with HRV & airconditioner is only 200 meters away from Lloyd Elsmore Park. Numerous beaches are also in close proximity(no need to take more than 10 minutes by car). The house is just 400 meters away from dairy, takeaways, bakery, liquor store, Laundromat and a cafe. Also all the usual fast food restaurant are within at most 5min drive (Macdonald, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Sals Pizza, Dominos, coffee club are Carls Jr).

The bus stop is at the end of the road making it perfect for visiting wineries too! Good off street parking, with enough room to park 4 vehicles.

Luxurious modern accommodation in East Auckland

Our house is located in an upscale residential area in East Auckland. Two bedrooms on the second floor are available for booking and use a bathroom with a hot tub. The house also has a full kitchen with large floor-to-ceiling Windows, modern facilities such as oven, dishwasher, etc., which you can share with my family. A separate washing machine and dryer are also available in the laundry room. We can park one or two cars in the front yard and on the safe side of the street.
