Centrally located to everything in the Syracuse NY, 1 mile to Destiny USA, 3 miles to Syracuse University and downtown, 1 mile to the transportation center and a 15 minute drive to the Hancock International Airport. Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Carriage house studio/book nook

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Step back in time in time as you enter the first-floor George Washington Suite in this 1790 historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located directly on University Ave close to shopping, and many well-known Syracuse restaurants. Walking distance from ESF upstate, Syracuse University campus, Crouse and Upstate hospitals, and Marshal Square Mall! This is a two bedroom unit, but will be used as a one bedroom for the time. The other bedroom will remain locked. This apartment is in a housing complex comprised mostly of graduate students.
