The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

A corner of paradise, to offer you the joy of greenery as far as the eye can see, peeking out of the windows surrounded by cushions or having lunch in the garden set in the castle walls, designed by Leonardo da Vinci. A fortress that belonged to the Venetians, Austrians and finally Italy, in a lively and picturesque town that expresses the charm of Central Europe, the colors of the nearby Adriatic, the flavors and aromas of the Collio, nearby Slovenia and the strength of the Friulian peaks.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Bivalni prostor vključuje popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo, jedilno mizo in kavč, ki se spremeni v posteljo za dva dodatna gosta. Tako spalnica kot dnevni prostor imata izhod na veliko teraso, kot nalašč za popoldansko kavo. Uživajte v udobnem bivanju v "Nono Apartment" Nono v osrčju Vipavske doline!

Udoben apartma P+1 v popolnoma obnovljeni kraški hiši v Sežani. Spalnica v nadstropju. Dodatno raztegljivo ležišče v spalnici dimenzij 80x180cm za doplačilo. Na voljo je brezplačno parkirišče in velik travnik pred apartmajem. Apartma ima lasten vhod in mini fitnes. Ob prihodu vas bo pričakala "Košarica dobrodošlice" z lokalnimi dobrotami. Skate park in športno igrišče se nahajata v neposredni bližini. Gostom nudimo brezplačno izposojo koles. Lokacija nudi odlično izhodišče za izlete.

Uno spazio unico e rilassante in un appartamento di 50 mq. completamente ristrutturato nel 2022 con materiali ecosostenibili. Oltre alle spiagge e al mare la zona si presta a lunghe passeggiate e gite in bicicletta per visitare non solo i monumenti storici ma anche i paesaggi naturali.

Casa arredata con gusto e praticità. Vicino al ristorante Vogric. A un passo da Gorizia, immersa nel verde. Per gli appassionati di storia consigliamo di visitare i musei goriziani, i luoghi della grande guerra come monti San Michele, Sabotino e Caporetto. Siamo vicini al confine con la Slovenia dove possibile trascorrere orette di svago e relax nei due casino situati a Nova Gorica. Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.

A quiet farm in KRAS region

My house, a farm, is located at the end of a small village, right on the Slovenian Italian border, overlooking the fields and surrounding forests and stables with 17 Lipizzaner horses (+5 cats). I offer the left wing of the house (I live separately in the right wing) to nature lovers and those who want to explore Kras, the nearby seaside, the Soča valley, Brda near Nova Gorica or even an hour drive away Venice. It is beautiful around here.

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

Idealna za 3 odrasle in 1 otroka. 20 km od italijanskega morja, 1.5 ure vožnje do Bovca, 1h vožnje do Postojnske jame, blizu številnih aktivnosti... Potrebno je še doplačilo turistične takse 2.5 EUR po odrasli osebi.
