Orchard Suite with kitchen and horse facilities

The base rental area is 1100 square feet most of which has an 10 ft ceiling. It includes a comfortable living room/dining room and separate bedroom. It has a king bed and dresser, a couch seating area with TV, a table and chairs for dining, a full kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower. A laundry facility is available for extended stay guests by request. For travelers transporting horses, there is a one-acre, post-and-rail fenced pasture and stall at an additional fee upon arrival.

Sleeps 5 | Parking 1 | Dog Friendly (limit 2) The Monument XL Tiny Home sleeps 5 to 6 with two loft queen beds and a main-floor futon. It features a kitchen with mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker, plus a bathroom with walk-in shower and towels. Enjoy a private deck with river views, Smart TV, free WiFi, nearby shared showers and laundry. Note that the loft is accessible by stairs only contact the office for alternative options for more accessible sleeping arrangements.

Cozy home, easy access to downtown and Lunch Loops

Make some memories at this family-friendly oasis. It is a short bike ride to Los Colonias Park, Edgewater Brewery and downtown. The Lunch Loop trail head is a 12 min drive from the house and we are nearby several wineries. We will include a free bottle of wine from Whitewater Hill, one of our favorite wineries within 10 mins of the house, for you to enjoy when you check-in. We hope you enjoy your stay at our little bike & wine getaway and all that the Grand Junction area has to offer.

WE ARE PERFECTLY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 50 , NOT INTERSTATE 70 (we run parallel to/Interstate-70, 15 minutes from any exits), within a secured, gated 3/4 fenced property, 7 min. to downtown Grand Junction. Two queen beds, couch, futon, large reclining chair, E-Z Up portable self rise queen bed, two sleep pads, full kitchen, 3/4 bath w/hot shower, ample parking. Smart tv, Roku, WIFI Under 12 Free Smoking outside.

Located on the fruit and wine byway, there are 6 wineries within 3 miles yet you are only 2.5 miles from downtown Palisade and its plentiful offerings. This home is calling your name!

House-attached Studio apartment with private entrance and parking. Outside the city limits but just a few minutes from downtown. Walking distance to the Fairgrounds and bicycle distance to Las Colonias. The apartment has huge private parking, laundry, a big fenced yard with covered patio, firepit, picnic table, and BBQ. The apartment is~250sq ft. It has a kitchenette and 3/4 bath. The shower is fantastic and the water is hot. Queen bed, folding twin.

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
