Built in 1910, this renovated home gives the feeling of years gone by in a new way. The Smith House, once home to a treasured family of 12, is rich in history & heart. Bring your whole family to a place with lots of room for fun & laughter. Walking distance to city park, ball diamonds (.2 mi), swimming pool (.4 mi), convenience store (2 blk), golf course (.5 mi), and Auble‘s pond. Large porch to enjoy small town evenings on main street. Our cozy 3-bedroom home has everything you need for your Loup City trip. You will enjoy the entire home to yourself! The house comes fully equipped with everything you need including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, Wi-Fi, TV & Fire Stick. During your stay you can also enjoy using a full sized kitchen with Keurig, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and two living rooms.
