Alquiler de apartamentos para vacaciones en complejos residenciales en Oristano

Appartement très confortable, équipé à neuf, joliment décoré, conforme à la description, accès direct à pied au chemin de ballade avec point de vue. hôte très sympathique, code de boîte à clef par whatshap. Parking voiture devant appartement pratique. juste dommage que dans toute la ville il y a de nombreuses maisons avec chenils, avec des chiens parfois qui aboient la nuit. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles.

Nous avons passé trois jours en famille à Alghero dans l'appartement de Francesco. Le logement est très bien situé, non loin de la vieille ville et de la plage (accès facile à pied). Le logement est confortable, très propre, et très bien équipé. Francesco est aux petits soins, plein de petites attentions pour ses hôtes (des œufs en chocolat pour les enfants pour Pâques!). Tout petit bémol sur le bruit lié à la circulation (simple vitrage), mais c'est aussi la situation du logement en centre ville. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 🙂

Vania jest przyjaznym, komunikatywnym oraz responsywnym hostem. Przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy od niej wszystkie informacje dotyczące pobytu oraz zameldowania. Mieszkanie Vanii jest w świetnej lokalizacji. Dojazd autobusem z i na lotnisko jest idealny. Mieszkanie znajduje się bardzo blisko plaży. Obok jest supermarket i kawiarnia oraz pasticceria, lodziarnia i restauracje. Na stare miasto można dojść spacerem. Mieszkanie jest czyste i przestronne, wyposażone w większość rzeczy potrzebnych podczas pobytu. W mieszkaniu nie ma wi-fi i zmywarki i to są jedyne minusy, jakie mogę podać. Zdecydowanie polecamy pobyt w mieszkaniu Vanii :)

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

siamo stati a casa di Ugo e ci siamo trovati come a casa: arredamento moderno, tutto il necessario è disponibile e pulito. la posizione della casa è comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi, è attaccata a un supermercato e anche il parcheggio si trova senza problemi. Ugo è stato estremamente gentile a darci indicazioni di ogni tipo. infine massima flessibilità con gli orari di arrivo e partenza. alloggio molto consigliato per una vacanza alla scoperta di Alghero e dintorni.

Appartement conforme à l’annonce. Situé à 1km du centre historique et facilité de se garer dans la rue. Draps, serviettes, gel douche et même café pour le matin tout était là pour passer un bon séjour. Merci !

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Bardzo polecam to miejsce ❤️ Giuseppe jest świetnym gospodarzem ! Zaproponował nam transport z lotniska, mieliśmy możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania oraz wymeldowania. Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony ( np akcesoria kuchenne, przyprawy, herbata, parasol przeciwsłoneczny ) oraz zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami. Przepiękny widok na morze z okna, super lokalizacja. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu jeśli kiedyś wrócimy do Alghero na 100% wybierzemy nocleg u Giuseppe.

Melhor Airbnb que já ficamos! Capricho em cada detalhe! Pietro muito gentil , cortes e rápido nas respostas! Voltaremos com certeza!!! Recomendo demais!

We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

We stayed for 10 nights in this wonderful apartment. Gianella and Christian are superb hosts and they offer an accommodation that was home away from home for us. The kitchen meets all your requirements and lots of little extras too. Our stay was so comfortable and we highly recommend their place. The neighbourhood has some nice restaurants and shops etc and you can walk to the marina and the old town in 10 minutes.

The apartment was newly renovated and had modern ammenities like large flatscreen TV with Netflix and all the other streaming services. The rooms were spotless and clean, and we liked the fact that the kids room had stairs up to the second bed (good for privacy for teens). The bathroom was very nice withwalkin-in rain-shower, and two faucets for washing hands / brushing teeth (nice with two teens). The airco worked very well and was quiet. The kitchen was modern and we could sit around the kitchen bar to eat breakfast and drink cappuccino. The location was very nice with easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the old walled city of Alghero. There were excellent restaurant close by with Quatre Sayal our favorite (best pizza we have ever tasted and not too expensive). Stefania, the host, was very nice and always helpful and friendly. She gave us lots of tips on things to do and see around Alghero. In short, a very nice stay in Alghero.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Alghero und Alessandro hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Stände in der Gegend gegeben. Das Apartment liegt in der Altstadt und sobald man die Wohnung verlässt ist man mittendrin und hat einen tollen Flair. Bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und in Alghero und der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war sogar besser ausgestattet als erwartet - Shampoo, Duschgel und sogar eine kleine Auswahl an anderen Kosmetikartikeln war vorhanden.

We loved our stay at Federico’s flat! He was the perfect host — warm, friendly, and welcoming — and offered us everything we needed. We loved exploring the neighborhood, walking to the old city, and checking out nearby beaches. It was great that Federico recommended all of his favorite places and we could not be happier with our stay. We would love to return here one day!

Worth the price! Parking in the area was a bit of a challenge because it was free. Host was very responsive and attempted to let us check in early and let us check out late because there were no incoming guest. Overall the experience was very enjoyable.

hem estat cinc dies i ha estat perfecte. Alessandra i tot l'equip han estat molt amables i atents en tot moment. destacaria la ubicació per la seva tranquilitat i al mateix moment proximitat a l Alguer i a platges meravelloses. inclús ens van oferir fer una ruta en veler que va ser espectacular. el jardí amb la piscina relaxant i molt ben cuidat.

Lindo y cómodo para 4 personas, o incluso 5. El trato con el host fue excelente, siempre atento a responder rápido a las consultas y necesidades. Tambien nos hizo el favor de permitirnos ingresar antes y salir despues de nuestra reserva, lo cual nos facilito muchisimo acomodarnos a los horarios del vuelo de regreso. Super recomendable!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klassisches Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, wenn man einen Strandurlaub mit einem Städtetrip verbinden möchte. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum wunderschönen Strand Maria Pia. Die Altstadt ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar entlang der schönen Promenade. Es gab im Oktober viele Moskitos, darauf sollte man etwas vorbereitet sein.

Pischina salida est une résidence très agréable, disposant d'une plage privée et d'une piscine olympique, accessibles aux résidents pour la modique somme de 5€ par personne et par semaine. Cela donne également l'accès au restaurant de la plage, pratiquant très prix très attractifs. Peu de choses à faire à proximité, car le logement est situé au bout de la presqu'île de Capo Caccia, mais si on aime la plage et les randonnées, c'est parfait. Alghero est à 30 min en voiture. la grotte de Neptune est à 5' en voiture. L'appartement est très agréable et très propre mais mériterait une déco plus moderne. il manque un micro ondes plus pratique que la gazinière. Petit bémol, le compresseur de la supérette, très bruyant. Enfin, durant la semaine, mon véhicule, bien que garé sur la place réservée au logement a été dégradé pendant la semaine (rayures)

A szállás nagyon jó helyen, minden megközelíthető akar gyalog is, biciklivel meg aztán tényleg nincs távolság, mégis nyugalmas a környék, semmi zavaró tényező :) nagyon szép tiszta, jól berendezett, minden megvolt amire szükségünk volt ( mosógép , konyhai felszerelés,stb). A tulajdonosok nagyon segítőkészek, gyorsan válaszolnak, tanácsokat is adnak. Ami a legnagyobb plusz, hogy kijöttek értünk a reptérre , illetve vissza is vittek. 3 éves gyermekkel tökéletes volt minden. Mindent összesítve teljesen meg voltunk elégedve , jobbat nem is találhattunk volna, következőleg is csak náluk fogunk foglalni. :)

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni fantastici, tra relax, mare e trekking nella natura circostante. Mauro e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per aiutarci nel soggiorno. Casa meravigliosa, una vista impagabile! Grazie

And life has gone back to normal. Yet, the head is still full of impressions. Ten days ago we finished our stay in true Paradise, where we spent eleven amazing days. We felt at home in Gaia's beautiful apartment, it looked like it was tailored just for us and our kid. Absolutely clean and comfortable. Close to what was the most important thing for us - the beach, our beloved Maria Pia, though if you are in a hurry, even closer beach is just in front of the condominium. Daily routine was pure pleasure, as it consisted of grocery shopping, cooking, eating ice cream, bathing in the sea or even in the pool which was part of the condominium. Few times we walked or took the bus to the old town. We are quite familiar with it, thanks to our previous visits to Alghero, so it was not our main point of interest, though we enjoyed it again, refreshed our memories and bought new souvenirs. Gaia's apartment is a place to go back again. We loved everything about it!
