Just downhill from the patio (with a view) is the Roly Grail mountain bike trail, which is part of the world-renowned Kingdom Trails network. A perfect base camp for your mountain activities.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. You are steps to the pool and water park (water park tickets sold separately). Plenty of dining options, hiking and golf are within walking distance. In the winter, enjoy the ski-in and ski-out location. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a smart tv and cable. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart tv. The second bedroom has a full and two twins.

Welcome to our cozy condo with the gorgeous views from Lake Memphremagog! This upstairs 1st floor condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering a living area with an open kitchen/dining area and a bright living room that includes base board heating. The primary bedroom has an en-suite with a full bath, and there's a second bedroom with an additional ¾ bath with laundry facilities. The views and breezes from deck provides stunning lake views and the property has lake access!

To access: walk across the parking lot to the ski in/out trail which links up with Grammy Jay. Follow the Grammy Jay trail down to the Village Chair Double Lift to access the rest of the trail system. To get back: take the Grammy Jay trail and exit at the "Long Trail" sign to reach the condo.

Cozy Jay Condo

Welcome to our Mountainside Jay condo! This cozy 525 sq foot studio has a queen murphy bed, a queen sofa bed & a gas burning fireplace. Located directly across the street from the golf course/nordic center, next to the Ice Haus & the Water Park. Walk to the tram in the morning. Great destination for a small family, couples getaway or just a place to rest your head after a long day skiing/boarding. Newly renovated bathroom. Sweet and simple. Pets welcome!

Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. There is some summer siding work going on, the crew is very good but be aware work commencing. Enjoy your stay!!
