Great place to stay for our family. Having a pack n play already at the condo made it that much easier for us. It’s not walking distance to the downtown strip but it’s only a short drive. We liked the quieter location with our toddler. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay, even beach chairs and toys. We will definitely be back!

This was a very nice, well designed and put together place to stay. It has a nice view of the waves on the beach and of the pool. It is very clean and well designed and organized. It was well stocked with everything we might have needed. It is a short walk to a restaurant with a bar. The beach is only a few steps away over the dune. The pool is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating! This area is adorable and the location can’t be beat!

dan is a good guy , he makes sure you are happy with everything the house is well kept up to date for the most part house clean , has everything you need from pots & pans to dishwasher pods & shampoo pool kept very clean ,outdoor maintenance good good stay thanks Dan nice to meet you

This condo is a perfect spot for a peaceful, stress-free get-away. Actual condo is beautifully decorated with unique art and furniture is clean and comfortable. The facilities are kept pristine - the grounds are well kept and the pool overlooking the ocean has plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs. We did not use the laundry facilities, but they were tidy and easy to use via debit/credit card- no needing a roll of quarters like the "old days" when in college! Beautiful condo with no unwelcome surprises and plenty of beauty and R&R.

The place was clean and lots of great touches. We found the cooler, beach chairs and wagon, to carry it all to the beach on, a nice touch. The instructions for checking in and out were very thorough. It’s a great location and well worth your money. Lots of cookware and dishes in the kitchen and a washer and dryer. Tom and Karan were the perfect host and available if we needed them. We will definitely stay there again.

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! It was very easy to get around to any and all the shops we wanted. Check-in was very easy and the condo was very clean! We loved using the chairs provided for the beach. I would highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a relaxing weekend away!

We had a wonderful time! Great location right between the beach and the river- beautiful sites all around! The condo was very nice- clean and had all the amenities we needed that were updates and worked great. Ladonna is a great host- clear communicator, responsive, helpful. Would love to stay there again!
