Total environmentally friendly and autonomous as the electricity power comes from solar panels. 1 master bedroom with double bed, living room with two sofas that can be used to accomodate one adult and a child. A traditional Cycladic house (65 sqm) located very close to the beach (only 100 meters away), ideal for summer holidays. It features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom. The complex also offers a shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing moments during your stay. The area has tavernas and cafés and is also served by the local bus service. Despite this, it remains quite peaceful throughout the year, and the beach includes both organized and non-organized spots.

Το στούντιο είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο οίκημα που βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα περιστοιχισμένο από δένδρα και λουλούδια. Η θέα προς Μύκονο, Δήλο και άλλα Αιγαιοπελαγίτικα Νησιά είναι μοναδική. Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

The house is located at Agios Ioannis, in the area of Porto, 7 km from the center of the town. Ιt is located in the second floor and it has independent entrance. Its balcony has a view to the Aegean and also to the facing islands of Delos and Myconos. At the ground floor there is a garden and parking space. Inside the house, there is a room with a double bed, a living room with a table and 4 chairs and two single-beds. Also there is the kitchen and the bathroom.
