We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

Für einen ruhigen Urlaub ist die Lage der Wohnung gut. Mit dem PKW ist man schnell an den Stränden oder zum Einkaufen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und zum Teil überdacht. Der Ausblick zum Meer ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung befindet sich jedoch am Ortseingang, sodass fußläufig nichts in der Nähe ist. Die Strände und Buchten rund um Cala Gonone sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit persönlichen Check-in war fließend und sehr angenehm.

What a beautiful home!! I would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy this gorgeous, private little paradise. The outside area was so lovely to be in and the interior of the home was decorated so wonderfully. It was a treat to stay there. Maria Vittoria was lovely to communicate with. We had a great stay at Salvatore’s place he was very responsive and helpful. Lots of nice beaches nearby.

Wir haben Sardinien im April besucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Das Check-In war einfach und flexibel, die Räume gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Großer Pluspunkt waren natürlich die Nähe und der Ausblick zum Meer sowie der private Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation mit Milena von ByNos war einfach und unkompliziert, sie war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat gute Tipps gegeben.

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

Really beautiful place decorated with pieces made by the owner, all with excelent taste and quality! Great welcome with local products, again made by the host.. All excelent! The house is super complete with everything needed and beyond. The cleaning is off the charts, with everything perfect. The host even left us water and milk in the fridge! Such a beautiful spot right next to everything you could want - delicious restaurants, delicious beaches, delicious everything! Graziella was extremely helpful and came to meet us at the free parking spot and help us carry our bags to the accomodation - you get a sea view and everything is within 5 minutes walk. What a beautiful place to stay and such great hosts, we will be back :D

Alloggio pulitissimo e in ordine , ampia dotazione di asciugamani da bagno . Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno anche se consiglio ad Antonella di ampliare la quantità di piatti e qualche tegame in più . Letto abbastanza comodo . Appartamento silenzioso , con un piacevole terrazzino . Spiaggia del paese facilmente raggiungibile a piedi , per le altre occorre prendere la macchina e il tempo di percorrenza e’ circa 40 minuti . Antonella è stata un host gentile, attenta e allo stesso tempo discreta pur abitando al piano di sotto , di aiuto fondamentale in un piccolo incidente capitato al nostro cane . Comunicazione immediata e chiara . Luogo che consiglio a chi ama fare trekking per la possibilità di conoscere incantevoli calette . Nonostante il forte maestrale e il tempo anche piovoso e’ stata comunque una bellissima vacanza !

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. Ottima esperienza presso l’appartamento di Lucrezia, l’alloggio è accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari che lo rendono originale e personale. Il valore aggiunto è la bellissima terrazza dalla quale si gode di un ottimo panorama (mare/montagna). Da tenere presente la tranquillità del posto. Lucrezia è una host puntuale è disponibile. Sicuramente lo consigliamo.

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Giuseppe. Sa femme était très disponible et gentille. Un quartier très calme pas loin de la plage, petit supermarché, restaurant sympas et de la grande route pour découvrir autour. Olbia à moins de 30 mins. Budoni à 5 mins. Une piscine au top, propre, belle, équipée chaise etc….. Merci beaucoup

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Super schöne und vor allem ruhige Unterkunft! Gianfranco ist ein toller Gastgeber, er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die nahegelegenen Buchten zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und den Angaben, wie z.B. Babybett und Sonnenschirme. Der zur Unterkunft gehörende Gemeinschaftspool ist ganz nett, jedoch waren wir lieber am Strand. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell bei Problemen, wie z.B. einen Stromausfall reagiert. Bis nach Olbia und dem Flughafen sind es mit dem Auto max. 10 Minuten. In Murta Maria gibt’s einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft für zwei Personen und einem Kind uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Enrico was a complete treasure to deal with, pointing us in great directions and generously sharing some of his hand gathered fungi treasures as well And the puppies were super friendly and very keen on any leftovers Divine beaches and a pleasant drive back home each outing, Plenty of kitchenware for cooking. comfy bedrooms and an ‘Emma’ who made sure that we had all we needed on the domestic front. Telti was a top base for us who love rugged nature and space to roam & breathe. A total winner
