Perihan was very helpful when our booking with Vrbo got cancelled a week before departure and managed to get us booked in at short notice, she also sorted our transfers out, Perihan is a lovely host and messaged us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok.

Bayram bey hem rezervasyon öncesinde hemde konaklama sırasında her ihtiyaç duyulduğu anda çok hızlı şekilde destek olan bir ev sahibi, bahçe büyük ve temiz, ev çok kullanışlı ve güzel hazırlanmış. 3 aile rahat bir şekilde konaklama imkanı oldu. Havuz tertemiz, deniz kısa mesafede ulaşılabilir konumda. Önümüzdeki yılda dalamanda olacaksak başka hiçbir yere bakmadan burada kalmayı planlarım gönül rahatlığıyla,tekrar ilgi ve desteği için Bayram beye çok teşekkür ediyoruz…

Öncelikle ev resimde göründüğü gibiydi. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissedebileceğiniz bir yerdi. Araba park yeri mevcut. Evin içinde gerekli mutfak malzemeleri de mevcuttu. (Bulaşık makinesi, tabak,bardak, tava vs). Barbekü alanı çok hoşumuza gitti oturma yeri masa her şey çok güzel düşünülmüş. Biz kasımda gitmeyi tercih ettik ısınması harikaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Giriş ve çıkışlarda ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. İlgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih edeceğiz.

Evin büyüklüğü, bahçesi , havuzu, mobilya ve dekorasyonu iyiydi. Her odada klima, banyo tuvaleti var. Mutfakta yeteri kadar ekipman var. Bahçesi geniş ve hoş peyzaja sahip. 5 gün boyunca keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Merkeze yürüyerek biraz uzak ama araç varsa o da önemli değil.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hüseyin’s place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Hüseyin was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hüseyin’s place…

a wonderful villa in a stunning location. The centre of Dalyan and the riverfront are within easy walking distance, and the house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very well appointed and thought out, we could not wish for any other amenities - it was all there. The pool is just wonderful - nice to have the option of a heated pool this time of the year. The table tennis was also a great hit with our teenagers. Highly recommended!

Absolute dream of a holiday with a fantastic host. Was welcomed and helped with recommendations. Anytime I needed Orhan he was very responsive. The villa and its slides are amazing and a big hit with the kids. The town has everything you need with play parks, there’s a Sunday market, trike bike hire for £10 a day and boat taxis to explore. Also has reasonably priced supermarkets and plenty of places to eat. I will be bringing my family back every year, was our first trip to turkey and Orhan and his villa has made sure this is our regular holiday spot. Orhan and his family are lovely, friendly and genuinely amazing hosts.

Nuray's AirBnB is the perfect base to explore Dalyan and surrounding areas. Her house is perfectly located a few steps from the pier and a bars and restaurants. Nuray gave us the best advice about places to eat, how to get the car ferry, best viewpoints and famous places to visit, and tbe best day was a trip she arranged with Rahmi! Her lovely friend Rahmi owns a boat and he took us on the most perfect day trip to Turtle Beach, Lycian Tombs and Thermal Baths. We've had the best few days in Dalyan- if in doubt, book it!

Gerçekten evden uzakta bir ev! Ev inanılmaz derecede temizdi ve iyi donanımlıydı,içeri girer girmez evdeymişiz gibi hissettik. Nurcan hanım da giriş kaydı sırasında çok yardımcı oldu ve evi bulmayı kolaylaştıran çok ayrıntılı talimatlar gönderdi. Evin en sevdiğimiz kısmı Sarıgerme ve denize bakan muhteşem manzaralı büyük bahçesinde kahvaltı yapmaktı.Nurcan hanımın evi gerçekten harikaydı ve her zaman iletişim halindeydi. Дом очень красивый, с турецкой атмосферой, есть абсолютно все необходимое для проживания и отдыха. Идеальная чистота. Возле дома невероятно красивый сад, много цветов, можно насладиться видом на горы, лес и море. Получили эстетическое наслаждение от проживания в этом месте. Чудесная хозяйка, очень вежливая, открытая, можно обратиться по любым вопросом.С удовольствием провели бы здесь еще не один отпуск.

Genel olarak evden çok memnun kaldık. Ev tertemizdi. Evin ön bahçesinde oturmak çok keyifliydi, yemeklerimizi hep bahçede yedik. Aynı fotoğrafta gözüktüğü gibiydi ev. Tek eksik diyecek olursam mangal yapmak istemiştik bahçenin dışında olduğu için mangal, çok rahat edemeyeceğimizi düşünüp yapmadık. Her yerde sineklik olmasına rağmen evin içine sinek girdi mutlaka ilaç alınmalı diye düşünüyorum. Onun haricinde bizim için çok keyifli bir tatildi. Eren beye teşekkür ederiz 🙏

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Candir dans la maison de Nazli . Il est idéalement situé près de Dalyan tout en étant au calme. Pour s’y rendre en voiture nous avons prie un petit ferry pour faire la traversée. C’est très sympathique. La maison est spacieuse et propre. La cadre et la terrasse sont vraiment appréciables. Nazli nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour dans son logement. Je ne l’ai pas rencontré car c’est sa mère dont le logement est voisin qui nous a accueilli. Sa gentillesse et sa générosité n’ont fait que rendre notre séjour encore meilleur. Pleine d’attention et toujours souriante elle nous a été de très bon conseil et nous l’en remercions beaucoup pour cela. Je recommande vivement ce bel endroit pour vos vacances dans cette magnifique région.

Biz arkadaşlarımızla son derece memnun kaldık Nesrin hanım bize giriş ve çıkış saatleri konusunda esneklik sağladı. Evin konumu sebebiyle uçak seslerine alışmanız gerekebilir ama genel anlamda her şeyden memnunduk, markete yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Villa Cozy is absolutely beautiful! Brand new, spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds are really comfortable and all bedrooms have en-suites. The showers are amazing! The pool is just lovely and a great size. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas….there’s even an outdoor kitchen! The location is perfect. 10/15 mins walk to the centre but only a few minutes walk to the nearest shops and bars/restaurants. The host is super responsive and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this villa more. We will be booking again for next year.

We spent a night at the house and it was really cozy and comfortable. Erdem was a great communicator and was very on top of it with any questions we had. The road isn’t on google maps but he preemptively sent a really clear video showing exactly how to get there so we wouldn’t get lost and it was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend.

We found this property very pleasant. It is located up in the hills, very quiet, no disturbances. 16 min drive to Dalyan. The place is remote but offers beautiful views. We stayed in one of the apartments located on the top floor. It was spacious and very clean. I am allergic but in this apartment I had no problems. Comfy beds and all needed for self catering.
