We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. This cozy and relaxing place is located in the heart of Sinnemahoning, PA, just minutes away from many attractions and restaurants. You may see elk roaming in the area or in the yard and see bald eagle's soar over the Sinnemahoning Creek right from your window with mountain views. Fish the many streams, Kayak/Canoe or hike the many trails. This is a quiet neighborhood with a relaxing atmosphere. There are neighbors. Home of the snake hunt! We do not permit pets.

And local Amish produce and wineries just down the road!
