Enjoy floating around the private dock on the lily pad or the 6 paddle floaties without the worry of boat traffic in this no-wake cove at mile marker 28. This home features 4 spacious bedrooms, a screened porch on the lower level, and a gas fire pit on the upper balcony. Plus, a hammock near the lake for some serious relaxation. The dock features a massive 15x34 slip to fit even the biggest boats and stand up paddle boards

Close to Indian Rock golf course, movie theater, bowlng alley, grocery stores, marinas and several restaurants. Upper deck has a large gas blackstone and plenty of seating to enjoy incredible sunsets in our cove, all on a wooded 1.5 acre of property. The private dock provides the perfect place to swim , fish or just relax with 20 ft water depth.

This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
