This beautiful, relaxing guest space is a self-contained basement apartment with with its own entry stairway from the inside of the garage. Totally remodeled in the summer of 2018, it is complete with a full kitchen and cooking essentials. The host couple occupy the main level of this large ranch home, but the basement is dedicated for guest usage. Guests can come and go through a coded entry door into the garage. Use of the back yard, with all its amenities, is available when pre-arranged

Tiny house on the River

You'll always remember your time at the Tiny House on the River. It is great for a couple with amenities that you would find in larger places. A full bathroom with a high end shower; an efficiency kitchen with a microwave oven, a mini refrigerator; a queen mattress; non-sleeper sofa; a desk and chair, and a large screen television with high speed internet. The location is in walking distance to the park, grocery store, restaurants and shops. It is less than 30 minutes away from Notre Dame.

Simonton Lake House Near Notre Dame

Our Home is a lake house with beachy decor. Just steps out the back door to the lake. Very shallow near our property and sandy bottom. Great for kids. House has 2 stories with the upstairs having a separate entrance with its own living room and kitchen with all appliances. Downstairs has a game room with arcade (60+ games) and dart board. The screened porch has a wicker couch and chairs overlooking the lake. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Notre Dame, only a 25 minute drive.

The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
