Whether you want to experience a piece of baseball history or disconnect from city life, visiting upstate New York is worth the trip.

Sunflower House - The Autumn Room

Quaint, quiet, country charm, while enjoying close proximity to Glimmerglass Opera, The Baseball Hall of Fame and all Cooperstown offers. The Autumn Room is a private suite with queen bed, private bath, seating area, and small desk. Comfortable for two guests. The Sunflower House is a historic, Victorian gingerbread style house, built in the 1880’s. A cozy retreat from the bustle of Cooperstown, still just 10 minutes’ away. It has two individual guest rooms, located on the upstairs floor.

It is also a beautiful 1 hour drive to Hunter Mountain with shops, breweries and restaurants all along the way. Get out and explore or just relax next to the fire pit on this sprawling 24 acre lot. There is also an electric car/RV hook up (power only, 50 amp) in case your boondocker friends want to meet you here! (RV $40night)

The studio apartment that has been added providing a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room has its own private entrance, a roomy backyard with gardens, four apple trees and a view of the undeveloped woods beyond. This is a cozy, comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay while enjoying your visit in Cooperstown. Off-street parking, Wi-Fi, and a quiet country atmos-phere await you.

A spacious, modern studio with a full kitchen, dining area, WiFi, BBQ, washer/dryer and TV. This is the ground level unit of a two unit property. Located minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball camp, Otesaga Hotel, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Ommegang Brewery by car. Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta are 25 min. June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.
