Cozy Ski Cabin #6 W/ Loft, HOT TUB

Welcome to our brand new cabins here at pleasant river campground !! This specific cabin has a queen bed in one room and a full bed in the other room. The loft has 2 full beds in it also. We have 6 cabins here with a variety of layouts. All cabins are two bedrooms and they come with either one queen and a full, a queen bed in one room and 4 bunks in the other, or our biggest loft cabin has a queen bed in one room, a loft with two full size mattresses and a full size mattress in the other room.

Sleeping up to 14, it features cathedral pine ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, infrared sauna, bar, pool table, and a private hot tub perfect for stargazing. Guests enjoy shared access to Moose Pond, seasonal pool, tennis, basketball, and playground. North Conway is just 30 minutes away. All new mattresses in 2026.

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

The condo is a quiet family space in a great location: we are located 10 minutes to the Settlers Green outlets/ shopping, close to skiing, hiking , Saco River, Conway Lake and much more. Easy access to all the amenities Conway has to offer. Two portable AC units were installed in living room and dining room only . You will receive the code for the lock box on the front door in the morning of your arrival. ***Quiet time is heavily enforced 10:00pm - 8:00am***

Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
