Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

Brightwell Baldwin is a small hamlet close to the market and historic town of Watlington. Henley-on-Thames and Oxford City Centre are a short drive away.

From here you are equidistant from Oxford, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse and Estelle Manor.

A standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (washing machine and dryer, available to guests staying more than one night ) A compact kitchenette with breakfast bar and stools…. Close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds
