Charming downtown 1938 cabin right in the middle of it all. Enjoy taking short walks to restaurants, the hot springs after a great day of being at Wolf Creek in winter 40yard walk to the San Juan river walk for swimming/fishing in the summer. Res hill is right out your front door for mountain biking and trail hiking! This is a 2 bedroom , 1 bath house. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a bunk bed. There is also a sitting room to relax and read a book or simply keep your luggage in.

Most people who visit Pagosa Springs want to spend their time outside which you can do here, even when you get home. The partially covered 40-foot-long deck upstairs and 17 foot covered deck downstairs face west so you get to enjoy breakfast or your morning coffee al fresco and when you get home you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
