I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

This house was perfect for our family of four. Great location on the river and very quiet neighborhood. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed and we felt right at home. We will definitely try to book this house again when we return to Pagosa Springs.

Loved this place. Perfect for our family in Spring Break. Our older daughter has space in the MIL suite and the kitchen was great to cook in. Hosts have all supplies you need to feast at home. Short walk to the lake and we are see the sled near the Summit which might have been the peak of our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Perfect for us and our pups.

This was a great place to stay for families going to Pagosa Springs - super close to town but still a little removed for privacy and quiet. The view of the mountains from the deck was gorgeous. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, tubes for sledding and the hot tub! Included were cushy robes that were real winners! This house is on the side of Pagosa that leads to Wolf Creek so if you’re skiing it’s quite convenient. Definitely would recommend and Brad & his co-hosts were super responsive. Thanks!

My family had a great time here and felt right at home! This was the perfect home base for exploring Pagosa and Durango. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi Ohea, Thanks for a great living space. We had a grand time in your nicely appointed home. There was room to be together and also to comfortably have time to ourselves. Many good discussions were held in the "board room" aka the dining room. The time, love and attention to the arrangement, lighting and construction of the infrastructure and furniture was appreciated more than once. Thanks again for having us over. Great location, peaceful and private. Very clean and comfortable inside. Everything I needed for a few days of skiing, relaxing and cooking good food.

The house was perfect for our Family. Everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in Summer and see this beautiful area.

Nice home, some of the furniture is worn but furniture wears, it was comfy, clean and convenient. I love that my dogs were welcome and the beds were so comfy. The house is so spacious and in a beautiful area. The only small complaints would be that curtains in some of the rooms would be nice to block the sun even though there is blinds (my mom goes to bed so early so this is just a personal preference), and the deck is so nice but it could have been swept. The host was more then willing to do anything to make our stay nice so I'm sure if I mentioned something he would have fixed any issues we had, but I absolutely did not think it was a big deal and I just think some "hard to please" people would have an issue.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place! Perfect size for our group of 5 (with lots of extra room). Easy to find location within walking/biking distance to food, shops and a grocery store. Kim was helpful and responsive, made sure we were comfortable and things went well during our stay, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Comfortable mountain vista, solo trip with my pup, perfect for us! Bed was very comfortable, the living space was exactly what I needed. Nice sized tv with plenty of watching: listening options. Kitchen is stocked. Grill on the deck, I didn’t use but thought I might. I loved the fireplace I didn’t use . In the future when we visit again, with my partner, he’s better at grilling, & fireplace . I didn’t want to spend time doing that. the option is a nice touch. Bathroom is perfect, tub, and shower, plenty of towels, and linens. There’s also closet space, a washer and dryer, which is a great option. My pup and I enjoyed the view from the deck, and our morning walks in the area. I really like the area. Mountain vista ,It was absolutely perfectly cozy and clean. That is important to me. thank you for your cozy accommodations, and thoughtfulness behind guests stay. It offers more. Gym access its $18 a day. close to everything . Hiking, springs, downtown. 2 people can stay comfortably.

The pictures do not do this place justice! It was beyond what I expected! Pls Ty of space, large yard, plenty of parking! We truly enjoyed our stay!

The place was perfect for connecting with friends. Comfortable beds with super soft linens. Private, quiet location, with beautiful views from the porch. You will need to drive to stores and/or restaurants, nothing is within walking distance. Great place to unplug, but has all the modern conveniences.

This home is GORGEOUS- the inside is beautifully styled and decorated. The outside and views- WOW! It is on 35 acres and the views are breathtaking. Kathy was so helpful and kind with any questions and checked on us during a big snow day. This home is now one of our favorite all time trips and we are now planning to come back for a summer stay. If I could give 10 stars I would- it was wonderful. We cooked dinner several nights, the kitchen has all you need! The bedrooms are great and the loft was my favorite space. Everything about it deserves an A++++.

Our stay at Fox Den was excellent! Melissa, the host, was helpful, friendly, and answered the questions I had right away. She also provided some great local eating recommendations. The cabin itself was roomy and well equipped. We had all the amenities we needed. Each room has its own bathroom, which was well appreciated. The game room was a nice touch. The location of the cabin was the best feature. Very close to town and a short drive to Wolf Creek Ski. The views were beautiful and we loved watching the sunset from the porch. Highly recommend staying here!!

This house was beautiful. We had a great stay here. We enjoyed the games and streaming services. The house was clean and well stocked. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in back yard. Host responded quickly when we texted.

The house and hot tub were great! Check in was easy and Vacasa was very responsive via text.

We had another unforgettable stay at the Red Ryder Cabin — our 5th time returning, and it never disappoints! We were once again able to unwind completely. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the comfortable beds ensure a restful sleep after a day of skiing. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return again next year. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway!
