Mandarin hill residence is Situated 8km from Kandy city center and it features a panoramic view with Adams peak in the distance. 3 rooms have private balconies with scenic views of the forest and river below. Transportation can be provided on request. The area is popular for bird watching and is a nature lovers retreat. FREE Internet and Kitchen facilities also provided. We also offer Transport, meals, laundry, yoga, cooking classes and maid services on request for a fee.

We are just 3.9 km from Kandy City centre, Temple of the tooth is just about 3.3 km and Peradeniya Botanical garden is about 5.3 km distance from the property. This 70 sqm suite is part of a residential villa but the suite is private and comes with own living room, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balconies with river view. Garden and dining lounge are shared with others.

Free DROPS to Dambulla Temple (need to reserve in advance). Airport pickup can be arranged upon request for a fee. Additionally, we can reserve seats for you on buses to Kandy or Trincomalee at local rates. Our guests gets convenient pickup and drop-off services for Minneriya safari and hot air balloon rides directly from your cottage. Our kayaks are free to use in the lake(s). Local village walking trails and climbing the rock in front of us also can be arranged.
