I had the best time at Josh's place, neat little hideaway,lots of plants beautiful warm pool and walking distance to the beach very short walking distance to the beach 😀 didn't have to look for parking loved it.

Great location- SUPER easy parking. The beach is an easy walk away! We walked up to the lighthouse which only took about 20 minutes or less and we highly recommend. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of pillows and towels! Do plan to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Excellent location and price for spring break. Al is very accommodating.

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

The house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, and we loved our stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed for a lovely beach weekend! We would love to book again!

Our family spring break was outstanding at Jill’s beach house. The beach house was within 5 minutes to the beach. All the beach items are available on site. The pool at the beach house was fantastic for the family. So much fun. Our bedrooms were very comfortable for the adults and children. Plenty of space for our family inside and outside. Easy walking to oceanside restaurants. Our family made great memories and your selection for the Beach House will build memories for a lifetime. Jill is a great host and we were thrilled to have selected her beach house. You must try this Beach House when in Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy🤗🤗🤗🤗.

Erick could not have been a better host, and the house could not have been a better fit for our group. It’s SO close to the beach, and it’s stocked with beach chairs, paddleboard, kayak, etc. The pool is lovely and the rooms are very spacious. No complaints at all! We are already thinking of booking for next year!

This hoke was perfect. It was bigger than I expected. It was decorated so cute and felt like a modern beach house, I loved the kitchen and master bathroom. Walking in Florida is just hot, but the walk to the beach was not bad, hot of course, but took us less than 10 mins to walk with the provided wagon (thank you). The area was so quiet and peaceful. The pool was amazing so had many pool items. I would definitely stay again.

Miles was very responsive and accommodating. Our group had 3 kids ages between 3-6 and they loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and the little playground! We also loved that every room had its own bathroom. The house is perfectly set up for a family getaway. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay at Bryans house. The children loved the pool and how close we were to the beach and restaurants. The chance to just sit and watch the boats from the garden + the views made this a memorable stay on our holiday to usa.

The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Gorgeous views and walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the music festival. When I first requested the booking, it was for a 2 bedroom, but the host let me know that there was only a 1 bedroom available. Knowing that the location was exactly where I needed to be, I was okay with taking the 1 bedroom. The front desk did need me to provide the host's last name and phone number so I would recommend requesting that information before you arrive. Fortunately, Hanna was available to call the front desk and confirm my reservation. Overall, check-in took a little longer than expected, but they were very pleasant. Great place to stay and very friendly host. would definitely stay here again!

This quickly became our Florida Home Sweet Home. Fantastic location, comfortable and spacious with a super friendly host. We hope to be back again soon!

We are big fans of the Island’s Casita! It was totally perfect and had features we didn’t realize. There is a room - that is accessible for their other 2(?) airbnbs - with a treadmill, washer & dryer, games, sunscreen and more. The outdoor area is great with a dining table, Adirondack chairs and the hot tub we didn’t use. It was close to the beach - and the Deerfield Aquatic center, which is important to us. Would absolutely stay here again.

This listing was everything you see in the pictures and more!!! Very convenient in many ways, walk to the beach short ride to all major big box stores and grocery stores.. cheap uber to all surrounding night life or even water taxi up the inter-coastal..super modern florida living at its finest..Reese was very responsive and helpful throughout entire stay.. A++ accommodations and look forward to future stays at this property!!!

Loved the location right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Could walk out on the balcony and watch boats pass by or walk downstairs to the patio and enjoy the comfortable seating or lounge chairs. Very clean accessible small pool. Very walkable neighborhood. 5 minutes to the Atlantic beach. Nice to walk over and see the sunrise and kiteboarders in the morning. 5 minute walk to a Fort Lauderdale water taxi stop. Easy walk to sea kayaking. 30 minute walk to Pompano Pier. Unit has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Laundry downstairs for the building is convenient and free (2 washers and 2 dryers). People in the building are friendly. It is very nice to have a dedicated parking space right outside the building. Would love to return next year.
