The house was clean, comfortable and the pool was nice. The yard was private. We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for dinner at the ice plant. Easy to get to and close enough to walk to St. George street.

If you're looking to relax, book Terry's place. I can't say enough good things about the property or hosts. We loved the pool, chickens, and beauty of the property. Clean, and comfortable. This place is beautiful. It is perfect for large group getaways. The pool wasn’t warm enough to get into but it was clean and the chairs place by the pool are a perfect place to layout and relax. The host is great at communicating and is very responsive. Most importantly, check-out is easy with minimal requirements. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The location is ideal! Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping centers are just minutes away.

Fantastic place! It literally included everything. All the details were done. We will definitely be back!

Great place for our family and friends!

We’ve been vacationing in the St. Augustine area for over 20 years and have stayed at many places- this home was the best. The house is clean, roomy, had everything we needed and in a quiet neighborhood. The beach access is right around the corner and the pool at the house is so amazing, some days, we didn’t even leave. Thank you for being dog friendly, our dog loved the fenced in backyard. We definitely will be back!

We fell in love with the palm city area. The commanders shellfish camp and rodies place were our favorites. Publics right down the road. Multiple beaches around. Dani is a good property manager. Whole bunch of properties to choose from. Stay was clean. communication was easy and clear. House rules were simple and reasonable. Check out list was not overbearing. Would stay again.

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our weekend. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The beach was a short walk and the walk to the very nice pool was even shorter. The hosts communicated well. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.

Great apartment, close to one pool and only 5 min walking to the beach. The complex even has 2 pools one being closer to the beach where we have been mostly alone during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. the apartment is on the street side but we did not hear anything inside, but on the balcony which was fine for us. AC and fans in the living and bedroom. All in all we had an amazing time here!

Our family of 5 very much enjoyed this condo and the area. Cindy has thought of everything and created a very nice rental and the beach there is beautiful. There are many great restaurants to choose from and the miniature golf down the street is actually the best we’ve seen. Downtown St. Augustine is also a must see and very charming. Definitely recommend this condo and area for a relaxing vacation.
