This house fit our family's needs perfectly! The house was clean, comfortable with lots of different spaces to cook, eat, relax, and read. Beds were comfortable, we loved the outdoor shower. We had two children with us-- ages 9 and 13. The kids' room is super fun and the 9 year old loved it. Our family likes to cook together. The kitchen was very well equipped and we grilled several nights instead of going out. The house REALLY is just a 1-2 minute walk from the beach ( I was skeptical about this description, but it is TRUE!) and in a gated community. We greatly appreciated all the beach equipment, e.g., lounge chairs, beach towels, cart to carry supplies to and from! We enjoyed some private beach time every day! We also visited El Junque twice for two great hikes, took the 13 year old horseback riding -- and took the ferry for a day on Culebra. Sebastian was extremely helpful at check in and throughout the stay. Super happy with our choice of house! We would stay here again.

Brandon was helpful and always responded asap to all of my questions. We didn’t have a lot of time at his house as it was just a quick stop over for us but he answered all my questions and when I had trouble with the gate he immediately responded. I had to pull the lockbox out not up. He went out of his way to accommodate my check in and check out making my travel smoother. We were so grateful there was coffee and water. All of the bedrooms are the same size and style and include AC and TV. The house gets damp without the AC so be careful on the tile floors my son slipped. I felt the property was private and safe. There are kitties that wanted to chill with us outside be careful not to let them in. Wish we had more time to explore the highway and rivers.

Watching the sunrise and sunset from Roxana's stunning back deck is now a core memory—truly a breathtaking experience that lets you see Caguas in a whole new light. The home layout is both functional and full of character, making it effortless to settle in whether you're staying for a few days or longer. Between the natural light, powerful AC, Tesla Powerwalls for uninterrupted comfort, and Roxana’s responsiveness, everything was smooth and relaxing. If you're staying in Caguas, this jungle oasis will have you feeling grateful you chose it.

This house was a great break from San Juan! We enjoyed taking lots of pictures of endemic birds as there were quite a few lifers for us and even an iguana hanging out in the trees. Host was extremely responsive and stopped by to help us when we needed it. She even sent us pictures of the bathrooms ahead of time so we could determine what kind of mobility equipment to bring. Our kids loved playing in the pool. One end is deep but there were plenty of pool noodles and even a small life jacket. Lots of beach toys to build sand castles, snorkels and fins, chairs, and umbrellas. Beds were comfy and there are AC units in each of the bedrooms. Please note that there isn't hot water but there are heating elements above each of the showers to help make the water warm. House is really breezy when you open all the windows and we loved the coquis at night. If we are ever in Puerto Rico, we will definitely consider staying here again! Loved this home!!! I will definitely be back. Everything was clean, just like the pictures, and beautifully decorated. The home felt so modern and comfortable. I would recommend getting a rental car for easier travels and there’s an overhang car port for your vehicle. Board games, beach equipment, hammocks, backyard, front yard games, tree swing, etc. made it so much fun to stay home during my vacation. I am so excited to come back to this home! This house was absolutely amazing and looks just like the pictures. We stayed 9 days and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. She was very welcoming and always reached out to make sure everything was OK or if we had questions. Also gave us information on different places to go. Check in and check out was also very easy. And she was also just a message or a call away. This was our first time booking through Airbnb and it was definitely worth it!

My family and I loved the place! The beach view is fantastic. Wanda was very communicative, and this place is well situated within Palmas to enjoy all the resort has to offer.

Amazing place, amazing hosts! This is a perfect getaway for a solo traveler or laid back couple. The beach (that you could walk to within minutes) was almost always empty. I think the most people I saw at one time may have been 3 or 4. Very peaceful. Humacao Nature Preserve is also within walking distance. You can walk straight into the jungle. (On a walking trail.) This was a great location in regard to being close to many other experiences. The ferry, fishing, beaches, restaurants, kayaking, various excursions, and basically anything you would want to explore, was all within about 30 mins or less. The little neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Everyone there was great. It felt safe and inviting. The hosts made this one of the best experiences. They were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to use various beach and fishing items that we could not have brought in our luggage. They were very responsive and always quick to offer helpful suggestions and recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful views from the spacious balcony. Peaceful sounds of the waves and views of the stars at night. We really appreciated all the amenities the hosts had for us there from the kitchen to the bathroom to the laundryroom. The provided umbrellas came in handy on rainy days. Thank you!

La estadía de mis padres en el Airbnb de Carmen fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue clara, amable y siempre atenta. Ellos disfrutaron muchísimo del lugar: un ambiente lleno de tranquilidad, perfecto para descansar y sentirse en paz. Cute and comfy little AirBnb, perfect for a couple. Everything you need is provided. Convenient to Walmart and many other stores, if you need anything. Best of all, short drive to many locations, without the San Juan traffic. Ceiba Ferry Terminal, Luquillo, and Las Pailas, are all 45 minutes or less. Even the drive to Old San Juan and Ponce are not bad, and the views along the way are beautiful, which makes the drive seem shorter. Rick provided helpful information and recommendations prior to our visit, which was greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.
