Beautiful spot. If you like sunrises, being on the beach and listening to the sea, this place is for you. Pictures don’t do it justice!

The best thing about staying at this lovely home for my family was the ease in going to the beach which was directly across the road. The fact that we could wash off all the sand in the outside shower made it that much easier as well. We felt very much at home with the casual vibe of the house. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable with good quality linen. The fridge was full sized which over the Xmas period came in handy for a family of 5. Predominately used the BBQ for cooking Will definetly come back for another stay and highly recommend.

Alicia was a wonderful host for our 10day stay. We had a couole of questions and she responded promptly, and helped us sort out what we needed. House was so comfortable with plenty of spaces for us all. The sunroom a beautiful bonus which most of us didnt leave! Amazing views, easy walk to main street for daily coffee. Facilities were clean & tidy. This place is somewhere we felt at home in and was definitely kid friendly. Hoping to rebook during whaling season! Thanks so much Alicia

We were three families, and this was easily one of the best stays we've had in a long time. The property was exceptionally well-equipped, with thoughtful touches far beyond the basics, clearly reflecting the care Victoria has put in. Victoria was a wonderful host, providing clear check-in instructions and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The beach was just a 4-minute walk away, and the full wall of windows offered stunning sunrise views, perfectly enjoyed from the comfy couch with coffee in our hands. Bedrooms were spotless and cozy, and the bathrooms were very clean, something which was one of our criteria. The outdoor BBQ area, with seating for 12, was a highlight. There are lots of toys for kids and good indoor activities as well. Thank you Victoria. We now know exactly where to stay the next time we're in Tathra.

This is a beautiful property ! Amazing location, great views, extremely clean with every detail though of including amenities like fishing rods, boogie boards, board games etc. (these are just some of the ones we used) The house was very comfortable for our group of 3 families with kids. Excellent social spaces for the adults especially the deck outside was tranquil. Well stocked kitchen, especially when you've forgotten to carry the smaller bits and bobs. This property exceeded our expectations and would be keen to return soon. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful few days at this fantastic beach house. The view from the deck is even better than the pictures (although it gets hot in the afternoon). A quick walk to Bar Beach, Short Point and the Wharf, and an easy stroll into town (less easy on the way up but the view makes it worth it!) Friendly and responsive hosts, good amenities - would definitely come back again.

Rick’s place is terrific. Pretty much agree with most things that others have said, so won’t repeat those. It’s very quiet and peaceful. No-one was staying in the flat next to us, which probably helped, but its location means you get hardly any traffic. What stood out for us though was the birdlife. The thoughtful planting around the complex meant the area attracts a number of nectar-feeding birds. For our stay in March, Eastern Spinebills, New Holland Honeyeaters and Little Wattlebirds were the most common. There were also a few lorikeets, fairy wrens and scrub-wrens. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at driftwood. The house is well located being a short walk to the beach and some really good cafes. The house also has great breakout spaces, including outdoor balcony areas front and back, and well proportioned internal living areas on both floors. We enjoyed the outdoor shower after swims at the beach, and sitting around the fire pit at night. The house is clean, spacious and had everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay for two families. I would highly recommend driftwood as a base to explore the beautiful Tathra and its surrounds.

A fabulous house in a wonderful and convenient location. The views were spectacular and overall the accommodation was exceptional for our large family. The amenities were as described and we lived staying there. The only downside was the master bedroom could have done with an air conditioner or better window covering or an outside shade to make it more comfortable to sleep. It took a long time to cool down at night.

Probably the best location possible between the ocean and the lake. Home facilities including the pool, barbie and everything you need, coupled with an amazing location for an easy walk to the beach and wharf. Ok it’s not 5 star in terms of brand new furniture, bathrooms and kitchen, but it is comfortable enough for an easy-going family holiday where you can easy wind down at home or outdoors. Peter was easy to reach, but we didn’t need a thing for the whole stay. We had a great time and would recommend for families with children. Thanks again Peter!

It was an indulgent spend so that our extended family could all come together as one and it didn’t disappoint with heaps of space and an amazing position. Loved our stay.

A great place to stop if looking to use Armand’s Beach Very quiet peaceful with kangaroos bouncing around the place A little isolated nearest town for food and shops etc about 15 mins drive But the bar in town serves superb food

This home was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Heaps of room for 6 adults and a toddler. Would easily accommodate 10 adults. It was total luxury. The location was quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to the supermarket.

Lovely location right near the boardwalk. Nice views of the bushland and water from the house. the pool was fantastic! The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. Kelly super responsive and friendly when we needed to reach out to her. The only feedback would be that WiFi would have been great!! Thanks for a great stay

Colleen's place is great for families with dogs. Big TV, good internet, hot shower, and a brisk 8 minute walk to the beach, it was exactly what we wanted! And unlike some other listings, the house is *actually* dog friendly - if your dogs love sitting on the couch (like ours do), Colleen was perfectly happy to let us cover the couch with a couple spare sheets (which we brought ourselves). The only thing missing was a pantry - but we probably cook more than most visitors. Will definitely be back!

Margaret was polite and very responsive. House was very neat and tidy with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and fans in each room were great. The accommodation has everything you require for a stay. Great deck to sit out on and enjoy the weather. Very quiet complex, close to beach, cafes and clubs. Would recommend to everyone.

Tathra is a beautiful town and Caroline's place was lovely, we particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard with ocean views. The beds were comfy with nice linen, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Fantastic place! The views over the inlet are stunning. Kitchen was very well appointed, lounge was spacious and functional. And the beds were so comfortable!!

The stay was perfect! We were travelling from victoria for a close family friend’s funeral and needed something to fit the whole family! This exceeded our expectations and made the weekend that little bit easier! Thank you would defiantly come back

We had such an amazing stay at Deirdre’s place. The house was perfect for our 2 families with lots of toys for the little ones. We loved sitting out on the deck and having a BBQ. She went above and beyond with the service and what was provided. We love Tathra, we will definitely be back!

It had a warm, cozy vibe that made it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach! It was amazing to wake up and enjoy the fresh sea breeze and have such easy access to the water. Plus, it was close to local shops, restaurants, and everything you might need, yet still peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay close to the beach, this is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to come back again!

A very special house, ideal for relaxing, reading on the back balcony and generally winding down on holiday. Walking distance to centre of Merimbula and beautiful beaches. So much do to for families here. Would highly recommend. Cheree gave us great recommendations and the house is definitely loved.

Highly recommended. We’ve just had a five day break (with another family) at Kir’s house and really recommend it. The location is great. This is one of a favourite parts of Australia. Stunning beaches only a few minutes away. You can walk from the house into Pambula or to the wetlands / nature reserve. Our friends visiting from overseas couldn’t believe how much wildlife you can see nearby. Pambula is a sweet country town. The house is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. There is great kitchen bar to feed hungry kids at. We loved eating out on the deck where there is a gas BBQ and a lovely view. Our kids burned off energy on the trampoline in the garden. There is a spacious drawing room with a big enough sofa for a larger party like ours to relax in front of the TV. Kir is a great host. She is responsive and very helpful. One of the kids managed to break something (which we’ve replaced). Kir’s response to this was first class. Highly recommen
