This quaint space includes a Plush Queen-size bed, cotton linens, mini-fridge, a coffee/tea station, TV, Wifi, all-natural toiletries, and even beach towels & chairs.

You will have access to all of the community pools and of course the beautiful beach of Rosemary. You will be two quick blocks from shops and restaurants.

Enjoy your stay at a two bedroom guesthouse all to yourself. Our homestead has plenty of dogs, chickens, and ducks that we are always more than happy to introduce to our guests if they request. Ample parking and even a space to park a motorhome or RV. Located in a prime location and less than a fourth-five minute drive to the beautiful Mexico beach or Panama City beach. If you’re looking for food you are right up the street from one of the top rated seafood and BBQ restaurants in bay county.

Five min from Historic Downtown where you'll find great shopping and food. Only 10 min to St. Andrew's. Drive 20 min to Panama City Beach, 30 min to Mexico Beach, 20 min to TAFB. There is a park to walk your dogs or take the kids. Just a short drive to the Beaches and excitement. Our cottage is a 700 sq ft open plan with a king bed, described as the best sleeping mattress. Hosts are close by to help.
