Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα! Οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Όλα ήταν Σούπερ!

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Our second time to Thessaloniki and our second time being hosted by Thanos! Close to all ammenities and sights. Strongly recommended!

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα! Ο οικοδεσπότης έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες, ήταν φιλικός και μας παρείχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν (βρεφικό κρεβάτι). Ο χώρος καθαρός, περιποιημένος και ζεστός. Η περιοχή εξαιρετικά όμορφη και προσβάσιμη σε εστιατόρια και καφετέριες, με μια μικρή δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ (στενοί δρόμοι και πολλά παρκαρισμένα αυτοκίνητα από μόνιμους κατοίκους της περιοχής). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

We stayed for a night, came in late but we found a super friendly host waiting for us. Totally reccommend this beutiful apartment both for summer holidays or for a strategic place to stay when visiting Thesalloniki. Perfect!!!

Stathis’s place is great! I stayed there for two nights with my parent, and the apartment was perfect for three people. It has everything you need — from a fully equipped kitchen to a hair dryer and an iron. It’s clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location is about 20 minutes from the heart of the city, Aristotle Square, and there are plenty of free parking spots around the apartment. I definitely recommend it!

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

Εξαιρετικά ικανοποιημένος από το κατάλυμμα και τον οικοδεσπότη. Όμορφος και άνετος χώρος για 4 άτομα, η τοποθεσία προσέφερε ηρεμία και ταυτόχρονα ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο, ενώ ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν κατατοπιστικός και απαντούσε άμεσα.

Dieses schöne große Unterkunft ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer, der erste Kaffee wird durch Ruhe, Sonnenaufgang und Meerblick versüßt. im Oktober bei mäßigem Klima und außerhalb der Saison hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit. Ένα πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, που βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο της πόλης. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν εξαιρετική και άμεση. Οι πληροφορίες ήταν ακριβείς και έγκυρες. Για ολιγοήμερη διαμονή συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Geräumige Wohnung im Herzen von Thessaloniki. Wirklich umwerfender Blick von zwei Balkonen über das Meer und rückseitig zur Altstadt. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Zum Glück gibt es einen Fahrstuhl für den 8. Stock! Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles bestens, sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

It’s in a great location… quiet, lots of restaurants & cafes around, and a supermarket that’s about a minute or two walk away. We also appreciate the great host.
