Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Walking distance from Par Station, close to Fowey, Eden Project. Par Beach approx 1/2 mile walk. Large double, self-contained studio room annex, double shower, kitchenette, and a sitting room area with a sofa bed to comfortably sleep a 3rd adult or 2 small children. Completely private entrance, parking close by. No pets Kitchenette has a microwave, kettle & toaster. There is no cooker, oven or hot plates. A welcome pint of milk, tea, sugar and coffee are provided.
