The house has approximately 130 meters distance from Loutsa beach (5 min walking or 1 min by car) and it is also near Finikounda (about 1,5 km 3-5 min by car or 15 min walking). Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ακόμα μπάνιο, άνετο καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπως όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε πλοίο.
