To Studio (26 τ.μ.) είναι για 2 άτομα, διαθέτει κουζίνα και μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. Βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο του κτιρίου και ανήκει σε συγκρότημα διαμερισμάτων (ΔΕΝ υπάρχει ασανσέρ). Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι και βλέπει απέναντι άλλο κτίριο, ενώ από το πλάι αριστερά βλέπει θάλασσα και δεξιά κτήμα με ελαιόδεντρα. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται είτε από την πυλωτή του κτιρίου (Parking), από τις σκάλες, είτε από τη ράμπα εισόδου στην πρόσοψη του κτιρίου και κατόπιν με σκάλες για τον 2ο όροφο.
