Lovely relaxing spot! Right next to lovely walking/running/cycle trail and surrounded by quiet neighbours with a huge backyard. Great value for money!

Very nice and spacious accommodation suitable for 6-7 individuals. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. I will certainly return to this location.

A lovely town with a coastal and nature-filled vibe — very family-friendly. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful. The house is well-organized and comfortable for a family stay, including two bicycles available for guests to use. There are cute cafés around with a laid-back, holiday atmosphere.

Andreas place was amazing. My Mum and her friends had a lovely time. It was peaceful and quiet, stunning location, classic kiwi bach. Lovely little details, and extras. Andrea was responsive and helpful. Thanks, we will definitely be back.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved our time here. It really felt like a home away from home. There was everything we needed and Kate was quick to respond to any questions. Loved all of the birdlife and the walks to cable car and botanical gardens. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Wellington.

beautiful house, with garden and being very private with the front fence, entry by gate... we were in Naenae for a funeral, really appreciated to have the space to reflect and prepare ourselves for our last days with our sister/aunty/Nana.. Thankyou so Barbara for letting stay at St James..

Awesome big house in a convenient and lively central location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and parks. Hosts are helpful and responsive. Only minor downside was parking was a bit difficult, we had to park a few blocks away. Otherwise a perfect stay. Thank you!

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

We had a fabulous time celebrating our mums birthday with a weekend of relaxation at Melleny and Simon’s place. We had 3 young children who had a blast with the toys/books/pool and outdoor activities (just be mindful of a steep staircase to the third floor but this was foretold to us) Lovely peaceful location and Melleny and Simon were wonderful hosts with prompt communication and reassurance to our queries. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was ideal - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great location: easy access to Martinborough, Greytown, and Masterton. It was also nice to briefly meet the owners during a morning cold dip in the pool. Would happily stay again! Thank you!

Right from the start we had good communications and a friendly welcome. Beautiful position and views and quiet and tranquil. Was a restful and peaceful 4 days. We were welcomed by Donna as we drove up to the house and she walked us to our rooms and explained everything to us showing us around the flat. There was fresh milk in the fridge along with chocolates and fruit from the garden. Dean was friendly and helpful, and we had several long conversations over the weekend about the property and the Kapiti Coast in general. The purpose of our stay was to relax but also visit the area with a view to moving to the Kapiti area, all our expectations were fulfilled, friendly people, lovely beaches and scenery and great weather. We had a great stay at Rochelle’s it’s so peaceful & quiet but handy to shops & trains. Very comfortable & amazing views

We enjoyed our stay, surrounded by a beautiful garden and at walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bakery. Neighboring a reserve at the back was a bonus, so we had more space to play ball games. It was a great place to rest and relax, indoor or outdoor. Board games available to play when it rained. One thing to note is that the bedroom upstairs, although private, it doesn't have a door to block any noise from downstairs. It is a cute cottage with lots of space for everybody.

Great host. Great little place for night before the ferry. Perfect for the three of us and our little dog. Really appreciated their flexibility too. Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay with Catherine. The cabin was extremely clean and tidy. Great we could bring our dog with us and the place is set up brilliantly for your furry friends with a fenced off large grass area in front of the property. Plenty of parking space as we had a trailer. Highly recommend

A fabulous location close to city ferry, beaches and bush walks. Also easy walks to cafes and shops. We loved the privacy, the fenced courtyard so our dog was safe and a very comfortable bed. We appreciated the washing machine as we were there for a more extended stay, everything we needed to make simple meals, and space to work as well as relax. We highly recommend and will be back ourselves!

Very well appointed premises.Great for pets,fully secured with friendly dog who did not want to dominate.will stay again.

Clean and cosy with plenty of heaters/heat pumps. 5 mins drive from our event at Upper Hutt City Council hall and Carlos responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
