Located on the first floor of our multipurpose building, this apartment is centrally located on Dayton’s Main Street and sits directly below an upper-level rental apartment. Sit on the quaint entryway deck while you enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or wind down at night with your preferred beverage before heading inside to enjoy your warmly-lit lower level hideaway.

Enjoy the loft with one queen bed and a fold out futon, a great place for kids to enjoy the tiny home as the ceiling clearance is very low. A fully equipped kitchenette, and fast Wifi await.
