The house was great! It had everything we needed to enjoy the long weekend. I would suggest packing water shoes for the little ones. We did not and left with a couple cuts but nothing serious.

Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived! The house is beautifully decorated, so clean, and so well stocked. There was everything you could ever need in the kitchen, plus laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms, and even snacks and coffee, etc.! You can literally just show up with your clothes and bathing suit!! We would 100% stay here again, and recommend it to anyone!

The view and proximity to the park were fantastic. We love hiking and fishing and this location was perfect for both. And was a nice retreat after a long day sitting at the house with a great view :)

My husband and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Merryview Cottage. Everything is as pictured and described, right down to the room-darkening shades for the bedrooms, the makings for s’mores around the fire pit, and the hammock-with-a-view. For us, this Airbnb is our new favorite. Nothing can match the incredible views of the rolling hills from the porch, the soul-restoring quiet, and the sweet sounds of birds. Julie has thought of absolutely everything; I felt right at home. We had the delightful pleasure of meeting Julie and Rodney, and felt immediately like we found friends. Hope to return in the future.

I had a great stay at this location and wish that I had been able to stay longer. The property is exactly as described and is spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal—it was great to be able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. within minutes. Dario was helpful and proactive from booking to check-out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Scott and Carrie‘s place. They were excellent host and kept in touch with us. The place is well located, close to the river and near enough to a really nice restaurant. Fairview Beach is a special community and we can’t wait to go back there! The house was perfect, clean and well equipped and in a great neighborhood!

This home was beautiful, wonderful, and relaxing. The view from the house is so gorgeous and secluded. You really feel like you are on vacation. Of course our host was responsive and proactive. But as a busy mom with two little kids I have to highlight how particularly child friendly this home is! We stayed upstairs which has 2 bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath in between. My boys loved having two single beds at a height they could easily get into and I loved not worrying about them falling out of a gigantic bed. There were toys in the chest of their room with working batteries! Unreal! There was a mini table and chairs. Games and books spanned multiple ages and both my 4 yo and my 6 yo found games to play. My kids are sensitive to cold water (the little one turns blue!) and the heated pool was a HUGE hit. We never even made it to using the kayaks because the kids just wanted to be in the pool. There were even pool toys. I am running out of characters for this review! We will be back!

Connie was super responsive and so nice! This house is absolutely beautiful! The setting is peaceful, comfortable and safe!

Josh has a wonderful place and we would love to return! Its well laid out and our family was comfortable with lots of space! We really liked the flow from the living space to the hot tub.
