This special place is close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, bars, & night life, making it easy to plan your visit. This adorable 1-bedroom cottage sits on the Cotee River in downtown NPR. This property has a private dock with boating/jet ski/kayak access to the Gulf of Mexico along with docking access to several restaurants along the river and close to NPR boat ramp. Bask in the sun in an incredible champagne pool & hot-tub heated-in the winter months. NPR is golf cart friendly community.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to I-75 and Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County. Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.

Savor a morning cup of coffee in the screened back porch while enjoying the beautiful tropical foliage. Chickens, goats, cows, and a horse forage nearby. You could possibly be entertained by the goats playing on the roof-tops.

We are not a business (nor are we owned by a business) therefore we do not conduct our hospitality like a business, but rather as hosts looking to meet and make new friends! We do all our own cleaning and set-up in the guesthouse so that we know it is done the way we would do it for our own family.

There are plenty of amusement parks, outdoor activities, outlet malls and major-league professional sports including baseball football and hockey. Also nearby beaches like Clearwater and St. Petersburg with delicious restaurants and shops all at your access.

Sleep in the king size bed & have coffee or tea on your Tiki patio rain or shine. Guests have shared access to the river from the park-like backyard & can enjoy the fire pit or paddle the kayaks.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. One bedroom with queen bed and seperate twin bed in adjacent alcove space. There is also a fold down, full size sofa bed in the separate living room available to accommodate up to 4 adults. A pack-n-play is also available. The screened in, outdoor patio is a great place to relax and enjoy outdoor dining.
